And the customer service hours are very short. They should work longer in the afternoon than in the morning. It would be of greater benefit to the user.

My experience in this consulate was very good, Mrs. Alicia from box number 1 is an empathetic person, who with her kind availability reassured me and helped me at a time when I thought that my consular process was lost. They have a great team and what happiness to find people like this so far from the mother country.
