I hope you treat people as if they are human being. Darren, you know i havent given you any sort of confirmation and thats why you couldnt find my confirmation anywhere in your email. I would happily have accepted your apology and move on if you gave me any. Your comment "Stop wasting my time, do you want to move forward or not" is not the way you should speak to people.

I would not recommend Denovo. We used them to recruit for a high paying National Sales Manager Position. The candidate did not work out and they did not replace the candidate as per the contract guarantee.

Beware of over promising to get your business

I worked with one of the partners, Dylan in particular, and the results have been outstanding. I secured a great role in the IT sector in only 3 weeks.But beyond that, they go the extra mile and actively source for roles that haven't even been released to the public yet! Extremely professional, this company and their people are playing at a much higher level. Could not recommend them highly enough. A+++ service.

Lyndal Taylor always goes the extra mile to provide her clients with exceptional service. I have had the opportunity to work with Lyndal as both a client and a candidate. Her customer service and communication through the entire process from sourcing of roles or candidates, then during the process and then in the post placement phase is second too none. I would highly recommend working with Lyndal and Denovo consulting for all of your recruitment needs as either a candidate or client you will not be disappointed.

Well unfortunately I have nothing good to say about this Denovo. I have been dealing with Niyi since early march of this year to find a suitable candidate. I felt he put very unsuitable candidates forward and was very pushy to get me to take one which was not the ideal person I was looking for. Well the inevitable happened and I had to sack him only after two Months. Needless to say their Guarantee of finding a suitable replacement is not worth the paper it is written on, as 4 months on and they have still not found me a suitable candidate.. I would never recommend .

They continuously keep sending me recruitment emails when I am not interested and they wont respond to my emails about this.

we had a very bad experience with this company. We recruited a 'sales expert' who resigned a few weeks later. We turned to Denovo for a replacement - as per their agreement - but they stalled a response until week 12 after which they said it was too late for a replacement. Despite all of our efforts, they refused to take any accountability.

From top to bottom, it's just about the money...they get their commission, they're happy.
