This use to be a place that the workers was proud of. We use to say consol was family oriented. But since a few years back is when they slowly started taking things from the workers.here are a few just to mention. The company every year would pay for your whole family to go to Kenny wood park. Which was so nice this was the only time some families would get to do anything for the summer.. they use to get nice bonuses. Now its almost. Impossible to get a bonus. You can have perfect attendance for 15 years but they draw names an a person who has been there a year will win a TV. Dont expect no time off they do not allow you to make plans for aweekend..these may sound petty but it is very real. There is more but I only said the mild ones.
