Bad, bad, bad. Bad, so that it will take a year to explain the customer service I received from them after spending over J$1,000,000. I bought supposedly two new batteries for almost $500,000 with a written agreement and warranty saying these batteries have a 5 year.
One and a half year into my purchase, one of the batteries went. I came home and smelled a burining sensation. I called the office. After about 2 weeks and numeros calls, someone from the company finally came.
I was told they would have to reorder another battery to replace this one. Up to date I'm writing this review, this has not being done. Shortly afterwards about 2 years into the warranty, the other supposely new baterry went.
Each time I go to the office, I am told that the batteries soon arrived and each time the system malfunction, Conserveit comes and places a dead/used battery on my premises.
Long story short, I have ended up without the service of a solar system because no amount of visits to the office/phone calls have given me the redress of getting back two new batteries to powered the system.
After just two years, I am back at square one dealing with the insourmountable bills from JPS and being ignored by this company to replace my two batteries that I paid for.
Not a good company to spend your hard-earned money with. One of the most regrettable things I have done in my life.
