In the store that is in Kendall we have been clients of ahy since it opened, today my son went and we stayed in the car and before leaving the store he drops the milkshake and you know how ridiculous the lady charged him again , I am not worried because with the tip that I leave to her it is more than the cost of smoothie but that is a bad service, I will not return again.

Costumer service really bad, the girls the work there all the time on the phone and super rude for taking a order, no cup holder or nothing in the order no recive either. Like if you work in a place with costumers you have to help the costumer, she was standing there on her phone not helping anyone really bad experience.

Everything arrived cold, the pizza more dough than it contained and it needed to cook, never again.
Excellent service by Maday, the food was also great and done in a quick amount of time. Good spot to chill and eat, recommend it to everyone.

the first time i went to cono pizza the experience wasnt pleasant , i didnt feel welcome as a customer ,so i gave the restaurant a second chance last week and i decided to go have a pizza ones again. Well i ordered a diet coke ,it took almost 25 minutes for me to have that drink on my table ,the pizza took also a little while to be make ,plus i didnt have napkins on my table ,the server said she will bring it ,by the time she brought it i was already done eating .i dont know why people make a big deal about this place ,the staff needs to be trained better or hire more staff to offer a better service .

Waiting 1 hr and 10 min for a service that they tell you will be 15 to 20 min, it seems too much for two personal pizzas and a small flan ... that goes ... it is faster to fly the 45 min to Cuba and eat it there

Honestly, the pizza is not something special.Ni the place either.We were a group of 6 people, none of us we liked in a special way.Only the novelty of making a cone, but it is not that we liked it.I'm sorry.Good luck !
The employees are poorly educated people and they look at you from top to bottom with such depth that I in particular do not go anymore, stand that they are still in Cuba that without counting that from outside you manage to listen to Chocolate at all times
Good pizza, great milkshakes. Their cono pizzas are also tasty but small for their cost. Always come back here for their wheat milkshake (batido de trigo) but a couple times they did not have it which was dissappointed. Still a nice place
People are very approachable I went once at night and although there were many people, the attention was very good and I felt very good, the food was very fast, the parking lot is more difficult
Don't expect an "Italian" experience as this is Cuba 2.0. Don't get me wrong I love this place, that Cuban environment is what makes it unique... Plus the food is AWESOME and the servers are great people. If you are visiting South Florida and want to "taste" how we roll in Cuba come here. You won't regret it.

Never want to go here again people were rude almost threw them my attitude. Like if u don't know what u want they rush u if not u go to the back of the line even if u have never been there. If I could not even rate them a star I would!
For all the americans that go to this place, please admire the art of cuban pizza, this is NOT thin mass, it is thick and with a lot of cheese and cuban flavor, i went there and the service was like a 5 star restaurant, the food came in quickly and the mass was fresh and its never frozen the owner himself showed us the customers how he makes the fresh mass, notice i was a customer by no means i work there.

We decided to try this place after it was featured on Deco Drive. The first thing you'll likely notice is the parking which, on the weekends, is practically nonexistent. We had to park at the shopping center next door.
The ambiance is nice with Hispanic music playing on the TV. The multi colored lights also add a distinctive charm.
I'm not sure if there's an option, but the menus were all in Spanish so if you're visiting with someone who is a non Spanish speaker, you may have to do some translating. The waitress we dealt with was very polite and she also seemed to speak English.
The garlic bread was absolutely delicious and the Hawaiian pizza was also excellent, with plenty of cheese. The family pizza is the perfect size for two or three people as it brings eight slices.
Unfortunately we were too full from the pizza to try the cono pizza which, true to its name, appears to be pizza served in something akin to an ice cream cone. However, we do intend to go back and give it a try as we were quite satisfied with the quality and price.
Limited parking issues aside, Cono Pizza is definitely worth a visit.

Very different but the food was amazing. Ordered 4 cones thinking that would fill me up but in reality 1 can fill you up pretty easy. Very reasonable price, clean, friendly atmosphere.
I have ordered many times here and the food has always been exquisite but today I made an order that in addition to having taken more than two hours the spaghetti came with so much sauce that they tasted acidic and I had to vote for them, the truth is that disappointment.
We arrived today December 31 at 6 pm at the place and we were treated wonderfully ... the food was very rich, the friendly girls, the beautiful place. We are on vacation from Ohio and this place was a pleasant surprise ... 100% recommended.

After thinking all day about getting to that New Deal to eat some lobster pizzas, when we arrived, Saturday 6 pm "There was no lobster." What a disappointment, if you are going to open a new business, You can not have something on the menu without that there really is It looks like it's a Latino business.
