I share my dire experience with SAGE.

After more than 25 years with SAGE management programs, they force us to change their program for a new one that they have released.

Everything has been a disaster. We have been charged high amounts for the change, with no choice, take it or leave it.

The new program besides being convoluted in its handling (perhaps because the SAGE owners are British), it is full of errors.
After a journey of months with COVID in between, holding out as best we could, we made the complicated decision to change the program to another ERP for the management of our office and our surprise was capitalized to discover that there are much better management programs that offer you a lot more to a higher quality and better customer service, being Spanish products, and much cheaper.

My advice if you need ERP management programs, do not include SAGE among your options.

The On Line POS does not work, you call and no one answers. After calling several times you are going to other phone numbers to give you the solution. In the end the last number plays and no one answers. Second day without working the online POS but at the end of the month if what we pay every day.
