Very unprofessional staff and the doctor didn't even care
This company is understanding of payments and has helped me so far. I have only been going a month so I will update soon.
Dr. Connell and the ladies at the front desk are the most professional, courteous and most understanding individuals. They understood my situation and found ways to help my situation. They had the answers to all my questions. They also provided me with results and status in a timely manner just as they told me during my session. Highly recommended!!!
Very friendly staff. The office was nice and clean. Dr. Belk was easy to talk to.
Started counseling here over a year ago and was very pleased with the staff and the counselor I was seeing. Then suddenly out of the blue I get called and told my counselor is no longer with them and given no help with being able to stay with her. My husband had been seeing a counselor there too and was just getting comfortable with his counselor when he was told she would no longer be seeing adult patients so they switched him to another counselor. When they called me to change my counselor I was given a choice of seeing either the counselors my husband was seeing or my son was seeing which I feel is a conflict of interest as a patient. So I ve basically been left hanging with no counselor and no help to find someone new. Very quick turnover of their counselors. Just as a patient is getting comfortable with their counselor they suddenly change staff and think you should be amenable to having to start all over again with someone new. If you feel like you re going to need long term counseling I recommend you find someplace that doesn t have such a high turnover rate of their counselors because they don t care if they leave you hanging with no counselor.
Illegally give psychological evaluations to kids without getting proper proof of guardianship or custody or permission from custodial parent especially if you pay cash! Then when they do the evaluation they don't interview both parents for a full history of the child making the evaluation totally invalid!
Very unprofessional therapist will not be bringing my family back
I have never seen such an incompetent staff in my life. I had unpleasant experiences in 3-4 visits that I went due to the lack of professionalism and staff training. Monika Wilson is equally incompetent and lacks much to learn in her career. His lack of professionalism and respect for patients is well marked. He has no empathy, shows no interest in patients or gives alternatives to make them feel better. This place is the last one I would recommend and if I could give it less than 1 star I would.
I love this office! The office staff is amazing and on top of everything and easy to work with. And I love the therapists. We've been going for a few years and even the ones we don't see are smiling and kind. Great atmosphere all around.
My child and I both see providers here and I must say, They are truly wonderful at what they do. We have both received so much help and I ve seen some positive changes in both of us. The staff is always so helpful and sweet. And the Psychiatrist helped us so much as well, He takes his time to listen to your concerns and address any issues going on. Definitely recommend Connell & Associates!!!!
Went in today, and very happy I did. He really listened to what I was going through. My first experience with a physciatrist was horrible, and comming here changed my view of psychiatry. Very helpful.
This is the most unprofessional counselor I have ever dealt with in my life she is rude calls me all hours of the night and text me about paperwork and random sessions and corrects herself every five minutes cause she can t get it right I don t know how you re supposed to open up to somebody when they re rude and try to express yourself when they re so unprofessional and just downgrade you when you talk If you get referred here I would ask for someone besides MARY Young!
The best place for counseling the staff has great customer service and my counselor Diann I love her!!!
I recently went to this clinic to be evaluated for ADHD, the staff were friendly and patient with me. The office was clean, and had good atmosphere. Best of all I was e-mailed my results quickly! :D
The office staff are great and try their best to ensure you see a therapist that is right for you. I have been going here for over a year (gone through a few therapist either due to scheduling conflicts or there was a wrong fit). Either way, the latest therapist and I are a great fit. Just like when you date or find a new friend you need to figure out if that person is good in your life and therapists are no exception.
This place has been nothing but a blessing food me and my family. They take the time to get to know us individually and handle very difficult situations very well. They make me feel safe!! I thank god each and everyday for my new family
They were so nice and very helpful, we have an appointment with the psychiatrist on Saturday. My daughter was put in as a "foster child" but they quickly got it resolved and apologized for the mix up. I would recommend anyone to them! Mr. Richard Connell was very nice and easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable talking to him. He has a very caring personality and make anyone feel very welcome when they come in! Keep up the good work!

Very knowledgeable and professional staff. The administrative staff is friendly, professional and knew me by name after my second visit. I am very happy with the therapy that I receive and all of my interactions with the administrative staff. I highly recommend these counseling services.
I have been trying to get my daughter evaluated for years and this was the only place that ever took me seriously. Got her in for an evaluation and diagnostics quickly and took the time to really listen and pay attention to each individual symptom. Because of them we now have the opportunity to get her the proper help she needs! I ll be forever grateful for their compassion and professionalism.
After waiting for over a month for my stepsons referral to get approved, the office was able to get us in within the week. Everyone was very pleasant and welcoming. They conducted a very thorough evaluation and informed us when we would receive the detailed results of the diagnostic tests.
