About Connections for life
Connections for Life: Providing Support and Care for Solano County Residents Since 1993
Connections for Life, formerly known as Solano Supported Living Services, is a program within USARC/PACE that has been serving the residents of Solano County since 1993. The organization provides support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them lead fulfilling lives and achieve their goals.
At Connections for Life, we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to live a happy and meaningful life. Our team of dedicated professionals works tirelessly to provide our clients with the support they need to thrive. We offer a wide range of services designed to meet the unique needs of each individual we serve.
Our services include residential support, day programs, employment services, behavioral health services, transportation assistance, and more. We work closely with our clients and their families to develop personalized plans that address their specific needs and goals.
One of the things that sets Connections for Life apart from other organizations is our commitment to providing high-quality care in a supportive environment. We understand that living with a developmental disability can be challenging at times, which is why we strive to create an atmosphere of compassion and understanding in everything we do.
Our team consists of highly trained professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. From our direct care staff to our administrative team members, everyone at Connections for Life shares a common goal: To help our clients achieve their full potential.
In addition to providing exceptional care and support services, Connections for Life also places great emphasis on community involvement. We believe that it's important for individuals with developmental disabilities to be active members of their communities – whether through volunteering or participating in local events – so we work hard to facilitate these opportunities whenever possible.
Overall, Connections for Life is much more than just an organization – it's a family. We are proud of what we've accomplished over the past 28 years but know there's still much work left to do. As we continue on this journey together with those whom we serve; let us all remember one thing - "We are all connected."
