This is the only garage in the northeast that works on Brenderup trailers, which already makes them awesome. BUT the folks who work there are exceptional--kind, generous with their time, and very thorough and professional. I am VERY impressed.

It was a great experience dealing with Connecticut Trailers. Friendly staff, great prices on trailers. They had my trailer prepped and ready to go when I got there from New York. Emily was my sales person and did an outstanding job. I would definitely buy another trailer from them.

Very good service and nice people. No pressure to upsell you. Got me financed quick and at a good rate. We were in and out, registered and down the road in less than an hour and a half.

I called in on 3/26 to find out about a 8.5x24 trailer they had listed for 8k. Guy named Tony tells me it sold but he has the same trailer but smaller coming in tomorrow 3/27 for 13k. The reason why the price difference is so high is because of lack of inventory. So, because you can t find materials or enough trailers to sell you basically will charge me double? It s Thursday s 3/29 and the trailer hasn t arrived. I wonder if they re even is a trailer inbound and it wasn t a ploy to get me to leave a $2,500 deposit. Good thing is I was smart enough to tell them I was only leaving $500. Why is it so hard to find small local businesses who will morally do right by the client, don t we get ripped off by the C-Corps already?

These guys ROCK I've been doing business there for over 20 years and can't find a better bunch. Either buying or renting a trailer, or even the purchasing of parts, I couldn't have done as well elsewhere.

They have nothing in stock and apparently have no plans to. They must cater to the small home owner and not businesses. If you want anything other than What s on the lot, which is little to none, you have to wait 8-12 weeks. They apparently have no anticipation of getting shipments of trailers in. Go somewhere else where they have an inventory.
