Connect Housing, Leeds Review

They do.not listen to the needs of customers they only carry out repairs, but not if the wall is stained,.due to water leaks and there is cracks in the walls I tried to explain the lady was not listening . I had to end the call I told her in a polite way another lady got impatient when she could not hear me and dropped the phone they are not helpful I regret moving to a housing association too expensive bad experience., all.she could say its my responsibility to paint the walls not true if there was water leak that has caused damage they were going to do it now , they can't

I received a phone call today from a connect housing worker, I am over 70 and self isolating. The call was just to check if I was ok and if Ineeded anything. What a thoughtful and kind thing this was. It brought a tear to my eyes. Thankyou so much. You are the best housing association ever. I am privileged to be a tenant. Keep safe and a massive thanks for your care. Xx

Located on Roundhay Road in Leeds. Near to a vast array of shops, businesses and bus routes. Staff here are friendly and polite. Very nice building.

I liked connect housing because their properties are clean and safe, I've been in this property for over two years, no household pests, mice, cockroaches and other household pest and no anti social behaviour towards me, nothing like that for over two years. The staffs are friendly and always willing to help. Now that my children are here, I'm bidding for a four bedroom house and I wish and hope to get lucky with one of their properties. I'm so happy in this property because I always feel safe and even when my children are here now, we feel safe. Thanks for all your efforts in helping the communities.

The staff are polite well mannered and friendly no question was daft and if they couldn't help me they would but me in touch with those who can help me.
