Kent County Council use them....MY GOD they are completely useless...if you want to wages avoid they will screw up wages EVERY SINGLE TIME...Holidays? nope they wont process holidays properly either! AVOID AVOID AVOID...unless you want incredibly irritated staff working for you
Honestly could not be happier with the services Connect2Kent provided me. All staff responded and worked quickly and helpfully! Finding a new job is always a daunting and difficult process, however I will definitely be using Connect2Kent again in the future should i ever need to!

Applied for a job through this company three weeks ago (01/03/19)and haven t even had confirmation they have received my application.
* UPDATE - Received an email back after posting this review, the email in turn had my application date changed to show as if I had applied for it on the same day (21/03/19) , there was communication which was informative but has since gone quiet again after I asked for more information on the prospective company. It doesn t take two days to reply to an email.
*UPDATE (04/04/19) - Had to chase again today. Got a half-arsed reply about the company not supplying all information. As we all know recruitment consultants are sharks that all want money so to try and say that the client didn t supply all information until today is less believable than pigs flying. If I could give this business no stars, I would.

2 years and Kurt's feedback remains true. Frequent mess up with wages and poor problem-resolution skills! The often ignore complaints about services offered - after almost 2 months (possibly more) and I'm still waiting on the director's call or contact details to be passed to me. Very frustrating!!!!!!!! Will no longer be recommending people to them.
