Nice room. Good visibility and sound. Good organization. Plenty of eating and drinking occasions.

Nice building with a nice room for shows. Too bad there are no restaurants in the area to eat something for a performance. You can eat something at stalls inside (hot dog or wrap) but if you come from far away you will be hungry. To be able to buy a 0.0 beer during the show, it was claimed at high and low that there were none. After the show there was again just 0.0 for sale. Very weird. Many floor staff unfortunate that they are not too friendly possibly because they do not speak Dutch.

Slick conference facility but no restaurant in the attached hotel and no nearby shops.

Great walking opportunities nearby with several large forested areas but one is totally inaccessible as it s the prime minister s residence, so I was told, another required a ticket to enter but no way to buy the entrance ticket nearby.

The room is pretty okay but you have to wait long everywhere. So that is a minus point

Beautiful building but a big negative point is the limited number of (ladies) toilets. Average waiting time 10 minutes both for the show and during the break.

Nice location and large room. Break drinks can be more efficient, now it took a long time.

Frienly staff. Sometimes the place got quite messy. Nice organic treats and banana's were handed out for free.The food at the cafetaria is very expesive. Burgers were very small and cost 5 euro's.

Nice theater. Friendly employees. Downside: the seats are almost not slanted in a row upwards, so you look at your predecessor.

Nice theater but the parking is a disaster. Erin is going well but it takes just as long as the performance itself.

Fantastic theater, spacious and sufficient entrances. We have a fantastic performance from K3.

Great to see a show. No long queue during the break. Parking garage is unclear. Many visitors had lost their way to the car.

Excellent conference location. Good rooms with sufficient seating space. Good acoustics and excellent caterer. Now only a tram connection closer to the entrance and the fifth star is also earned.

Parking 3.75 per hour, but 14.00 when there is an event, even when that event only lasts three hours. Not fair !!

The service is excellent at this conference center. Also in the theater. The cast of various theater companies feel very much at home and welcome here.

We organise crowded events here, great premises and services.

Good congress center, although its facilities could be improved.
The best are the large auditorium available.

Congress Gebouw named World Forum. It was place for North Sea Jazz Festival

You cannot even pay for drinks with a pin. The bar occupation was too tight. So long waits.

Went for a John Williams concert and it was excellent comfortable seating and great surround sound everything was clean and service was fine

Beautiful room for theater performances, the space to get a consumption during the break is a bit less, too many people and then too few places to get the refreshments.

Expensive tickets bought for the West Side story, the rows do not seem to rise, so we have the whole show against a few heads!

Several name changes in the 50 years that I have been familiar with it. What remained are the spectacular performances of stature. In the past, North Sea Jazz was a returning spectacle here every year. Even now it is a must to have been for the atmosphere and acoustics. Trade fairs, concerts etc.

A nice place to organize something. The halls are clearly arranged and the connecting hotel from Accor is a nice extra.

We had a successful corporate conference with around 300 participants in the World Forum. We used both the main conference hall for plenary presentations and also the foyers for poster sessions and lunch, snacks and dinner. The large hall can be scaled down properly for a medium sized audience like ours. The catering was beyond outstanding - very good food quality and service. Audiovisuals also up to specs and without noticeable issues. Parking is easy in their own two underground parking garages. Lots of separate breakout rooms also available around the big hall. A nice touch of the venue is that there are still two very large tile tableaus in place made by the famous Cobra artist Karel Appel in 1968. Overall a big success!

Large room with large stage. Good sound. Friendly reception. Just a pity that the room does not rise anymore. Now you miss parts of the stage through your front door.

Nice convention center. Often some pull in the lobby and corridors.

Wow what an experience that was. Enjoyed the show of Roue Verveer. At this beautiful location. Wonderfully spacious. The toilets are super clean too. Usually it is cramped but here everything was very spacious. Very friendly staff. All together a great evening.

Good parking, even at large events. Plumbing is neat and clean.

Parking is a drama! Just traffic jam in the parking garage. Inside was 35 minutes and outside 28 minutes.

Limited and unhealthy breakfast but worst service: first they gave my room to another guest while I was in, then charged full rate even if I let them now more than 1 day in advance I wouldn t stay for the last night booked

Beautiful very large spaces for events, parking on location is a bit confusingly many reserved places in the public parking garage.

We went to the The Addams Family show. Nice reception, large room with good sound. Very busy at the toilets at the cloakroom but there were still many. Can be indicated slightly better. Prices for the drinks excessive, more than 3 euros for a 0.5l bottle.

Really nice location for events with possibility of housing thousands of people. The auditorium deserves special mention, which is great for theatre, concerts or other things requiring a big stage.

Great location for trade fairs and events. Beautiful halls and good hospitality. Parking garage under the building. It is difficult to get in and out of The Hague during rush hour ...

Great place for organising international events in the Hague.

A solid conference facility. Good main auditorium. Near the tram with direct connection back to The Hague.

Giant theater. The room is fine, the routing is clear, there should only be more buffets, because now everyone does not have to take a drink during the break for a long time. Advice: bring your own drinks or reserve a break drink.

Spacious place. Staff is friendly too. Building is a bit too old. WIFI is really bad. The brand is Netgear and it cannot handle high density access. CIO / CTO of the venue really should look into this.

Beautiful area, near the Presidents residence a few museums in the area, all within walking distance OPWC etc

Very good place to be for business toilets in the basement really need an upgrade
