Brought my Model X in following a minor accident. I went there because they were a Tesla approved shop. I was not disappointed. They did an excellent job. The staff was informative, professional and very courteous. Max and Tom were particularly pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend them.

Not sure why my experience was so bad with all the positive reviews. They basically said drop off the car, pay for it UP FRONT, and we'll fix it when we get around to it. Obviously insurance was involved so no way I was paying anything but the deductible - they wanted a lot more than that. Completely unprofessional
