This place sends you bogus bills in the mail too try and scam you.
I had two loans with Redbrick Financial for AC repairs. Never a problem. Redbrick sold my loans to Concord Servicing. Since then I have had monthly calls about my payments that have already been paid, and bogus bills. On the phone they don't listen and tell me they did not receive the payment. The bank shows that they did. If I could move these loans to another place, I would. I also encourage anyone that deals with this "fly by night" organization to switch to something else, ANYTHING ELSE.
I also had a Redbrick account that I used to finance a furnace. They sold my loan to Concord. Even though I had autopay set up, I wound up with late fees. I have to check my account because my due date keeps changing now. I never had a problem with Redbrick.
