I have called for service 5 times in the last 6 weeks and no one has responded. They must be on their way out. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior!

I operate a laboratory here in NJ and I can say that Labgen LIS was the best option I could have chosen. I ve been using the software now for sometime and I can personally say that Comtron s support team is there for every step we need, to answer any questions we have and provide clear answers to all of our day to day questions. In terms of cost, I have deff saved a ton of money not having to pay the hefty bills of some of the other LIS softwares out there. Comtron/Labgen deliver on what they say and they have helped me in growing my business.

Highly professional, skilled, intelligent, pleasant team who would go out of their way to address and help any requests or issues that arise in using their software. I am specifically impressed with their CEO, David Lalehzar , with his unparalleled knowledge and skills. He goes out of his way to ensure clients' satisfaction.

If customer service matters to you this the place for you. This is a computer programming company which specialize in EMR and other medical/laboratory interfaces and billing. They have been in business for over 20 years and have a great staff that will work with you and your needs. I have used them to create custom programs for me and although it may be more expensive then an off the rack brand you definitely get what you pay for.

Meget is how I call this EMR. If you can don t ever start working with it.

excellent program, horrible server. typical mom-pap shop, made from junk yard.. I will place complain to CMS and department of health.This EMR always keeps me, my patients and my staff workers as a hostages of their junk server. their server is not able to provide normal support. Comtron s Labgen system is one of the best that my company has ever worked with. Comtron s system and attention to customer care has saved me money and time. Each small issue I have ever encountered is solved by contacting one of the many employees ready to assist with these issues. David Lalehzar and his team are among the most professional businesses I have had the pleasure of working with. No question or concern goes unanswered due to the helpfulness of customer support and care. Me and my team have been using Medgen EHR for many years and will continue to do so for the years coming!

Please look for other EHR system. They are not ready to be live! And, they play dirty! After you sign a contract they try to full you with nonsense charges and you bill doubles. The business structure is not there either. Accounting has no clue what the sales and the client have agreed to. Management - keeps aside, watching how others mess with you... Support is in India, some days you can not even get through to them.
The system needs a lot of tweaking and bug removals. I have been submitting a lot of the suggestions, not all have been implemented...
Poor communication, very unorganized.
It feels as they are a small family run company that fancies themselves as an electronic health records system/company.
Should I say more???

I have been a customer of Comtron and their Medgen EHR services for years. Medgen is a great and affordable healthcare service that has allowed me to increase our efficiency and improve patient care. It was really easy to learn, and I also love how the program is easily customizable, allowing my practice to tailor the EHR to our specific workflow requirements.
