Never had an issue with these guys. Always willing and ready to help. Any time i have a problem with my computers or internet the guys here are always extremely helpful. I needed to set up a new point of sales system and was having network issues, they were at our store in less than 45 minutes, diagnosed the problem and hooked us up with a receipt printer ( ours was not compatible) and had us up and going in less than 1 hour.

Was in the market for a custom gaming pc. Didn't trust buying anything online. So I went to the local professionals at computer wizards. They're very passionate about their work. Hooked me up with a beautiful gaming rig. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Everyone says to just buy your own parts online and snap them together yourself. Sure it may be cheaper. But if anything goes wrong, it could be a total loss. Hardware issues can occur. Creating nightmares. I trust the guys at computer wizards with my investment. I know they got me covered.

I ended up having a hard drive with a scratched platter and needed a new one. I couldn't afford their already for sale hard drives so the owner ended up finding a new one in the back that hadn't been used and gave me a great rate on it! I was also there in September. Both times were great! Its definitely a well run small business that I would highly recommend supporting.

What a great group of people to deal with. They took my really bad day and were able to work some magic and recover my lost data. Thanks to them I didn't lose a lot of memories.

Every staff member has been more than accommodating and helpful with every computer issue I've experience, from failing hard drives to rewiring a custom build. The staff are highly skilled, knowledgable, and very friendly. Definitely go to them if you have a tech issue!

Recommended my friend get his laptop fixed since it's USB port was busted and I couldn't fix it. They said the whole motherboard had to be replaced because of physical damage, which was about what I had diagnosed myself. My friend decided to have someone he knew do it because it was cheaper, but when he went to pick it up they told him there was a problem with it; they had uninstalled windows and couldn't reinstall it.

They claimed they might only be able to save some of his files (baloney, either they back up the hard drive and save everything or not) and that the hard drive needed to be replaced and he had to pay for it. The hard drive was perfectly functional before he turned the laptop over to them. After negotiations, he got it replaced at a small discount and even got his system restored to the new hard drive as it was beforehand. This hard drive came with the as-was image along with the added bonus of a huge package of scareware, rogueware, spyware, and adware installed onto it, making the computer barely usable. This made Chris' free backup CDs of the laptop worthless. Cleaned the PC up myself and removed 192 malicious files in total.

Huge hassle took at least a week and a half, felt scammed, wouldn't recommend anyone else again.

The team at Computer Wizards fixed up my laptop for me and it runs 10x faster now! I'm so happy with the results. Great customer service from people who care about what they do. I'll definitely come back.

So I am a first time pc builder and was super nervous about breaking my parts! Basically I started building my pc and when I got to the cooling system it needs to be really tight and I was afraid I was going to break it, so I called Computer Wizards and was able to bring my pc in with my parts. Everyone there is super knowledgeable and even though I did not order my parts from them at all they were able to help me sort my issue and even finish the build completely right at the shop! Jay specifically walked me through the build and explained everything that he was doing so if I want to make upgrades myself or even help a friend build his/her pc myself I could do so. Everyone there was super friendly 10/10 would recommend to anyone having issues with their pc builds!

They gave me with a cord my husband needed to have for a gig we have tonight in town. They are super friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Anyone that needs any help with anything technology related should DEFINITELY stop by!

Just not sure. Had XP and Win7 problems in an effort to avoid future problems I bought several more Used XP computers and wound up with more than a dozen different computers from Win98 to Win7 they checked out everything from my XP's to the Win 7 machines. Replaced lots of Hard Drives in the computers. Now I'm getting symptoms of Hard Drive Failure again and I'm not sure whether they can/will fix them or not. Currently have all the computers in my possession because the last time the computer I took in "Had no hard drive problems, and no software problems according to their testing" and the business was busy and they couldn't get to it. But they're the only company that worked on them. Still looking for a reliable Computer repair company. Seemed like I was going to the shop every week to get one of the computers fixed.

Very helpful and kind workers. Even though they did not have the thing i needed they gave me places that did have what i needed.

I'm a computer scientist, and this is the first time in more than 30 years of computer ownership I took a machine in. Top notch place. They couldn't fix my laptop but were more than fair.

If you're looking for a place that works for free, ask your Cousin Charlie. These guys are fair and honest.

Every experience I've had at Computer Wizards has been great. It really shows that they do all that they can for their customers. As a KU student I've consistently recommended them to my friends/fellow students who have had computer troubles because I know that they will be well taken care of and treated with respect. This is stark contrast to places like best buy or staples who treat you as if you were just a number in their database.

They are also involved with events on campus. Without Computer Wizards, KU's Computer Science Club's LAN party would have been impossible.

Remember... They Can Fix That!!!!!!

Dont bother going anywhere else. The employees here are honest and fixed my computer within minutes. You cant beat this one.

These folks are the real computer wizards. They are busy for that reason. They give accurate time estimates. Your computer WILL get fixed and fixed right.

Chris and Ian are the bomb. They installed my new POS system and my cameras with DVR at my both my businesses. Anytime I had a problem they were there either in person or by phone. So if you need anything done they are the guys for the job.

Loved it great service, love the customer service. My experience needing a gpu and got it and I needed a case just bought all new or used parts on my own b4 I brought it to them and they seen I had an outdated tower case and they did me a favor of installing the gpu and a case since I badly needed one, mine was from the 2000's lol.

I brought my pc to computer wizards for a water cooling system and had a idea for a theme. Chris Breidenstein completely exceeded my expectations on the build. You can tell they're passionate about what they do and it shows in the service they provide.

I needed a part for a sony vaio laptop. They sold me the standard part for sony vaio, but it turned out my computer had a non standard part, go figure. When I took the part back they said they couldn't get the one I need, so they took the old one and the new one and combined them into what I needed. Oh and they did it free of charge. I'll be going back there for all of my computer needs from now on.

Nate was extremely professional set up my computer explained everything to my level of experience for computers. They even came out to my house to set everything up for me, brought a computer out to my house that was appropriate for me. I have never in my life received the most unbelievable service in my life then I have a computer Wizards with Nate and I will use them from here on out. Thank you again Nate I will use you from here on out you're the greatest

Staff are all very friendly and good to deal with; however, I paid a fairly high price for a data recovery attempt that wasn't successful. I believe the staff did everything I had already previously done. Perhaps my expectations were too high, I really thought they would have some type of software program that would enable me to open the recovered documents that were marked as corrupt.
