Took about two days for them to put in my new motherboard which was nice but after receiving my pc back my system fan is now more noisy. They then insisted to charge me $60 for them to install my windows os when all I did was re-enter my windows key located on my pc.

A few days ago my laptop of 5years hard drive died. Right after I restarted it. In the middle of Starbucks no less! I opened google maps for a PC repair shop around the area. I found this place was fairly close and the reviews looked positive. So a trip was plan! Once there the gentleman there was very polite and understanding. We had a great conversation about old and new techs. He knows his stuff that's for sure!
I just got my laptop back today and while the data was lost on the original hdd my laptop is back with me with an bigger hdd now! A very wonderful experience and I definitely recommend them! One of the best around!
