Computer Link, Inc. Review

Be careful a few years ago the owner Stole my computer, he took all of my information and loaded it on an old computer that didn't even look like my computer, put all the certificates from my newer computer on the old computer and had the nerve to charge me for stealing my new computer. The last photo is what my real computer looked like. This happened a few years ago but I still have the box my computer came in. Just be careful of this guy.

They can design a computer depending on your specific needs and they are great great problem solvers. Excellent service

I had a couple of computer issues. Tony has always been very helpful every time that I have gone there. He assigned the work to Paul who helped me with these issues. Paul took care of my two concerns and was very patient in explaining things. I have always been happy with the customer service that I have received from the people at Computer Link.

Needed my screen replaced literally kept my computer for over a month due to needing to replace a part that was being shipped from China. When I received my computer $300 later I was informed my mouse keeps jumping by the tech who replaced my computer screen. My computer came back completely hacked!! I could of just bought a whole new computer. Run DO NOT go here at all cost!!!!

I went into this store desperate to save my 9 year old macbook pro. They did not only save it, it works like brand new. Now that I an working from home full time I needed my computer to operate fast and efficient. ComputerLink saved my computer and I cannot be more thankful. I walked in and had had it ready in hand 4hrs later for less the $300!!! I am so happy!!

Love this place. We have been there many times over the years. They have been life savers more than once to our panicked high school and college aged children. They have been efficient and straightforward about what could and could not be done. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.

Tony the owner is the man, his team is awesome and very knowledgeable and will get you back up and running. Sometimes they can have a lot of workload but rest assured that they will get you back up and running with confidence! I don't buy in with the poor reviews because that is not the case! With part ordering etc, especially with the Covid pandemic has put suppliers in great demand and things can take longer. This is no reflection on their quality of service and dedication to the customer. I highly recommend them to anyone!

They were very professional and super courteous. I use my iMac for work everyday and when the screen shattered one week after buying it, (thanks to my 7 yr old), they allowed me to bring it back home and continue using it after they assessed the issue. When I brought it back to be repaired, it took them less than a day. I was able to not miss any work in the process.

Excellent service. Explained the problem, how to handle, and approximate time to fix. They delivered exactly as explained. I will be a repeat customer for my next computer problem.

The owner and staff that I interacted with were all very friendly. They fixed my laptop for a quarter of what best buy said it would cost.
