Great Service! My laptop looks and runs brand new! The price was amazing after being quoted 3 times that amount at another computer repair shop.

I am from Charleston SC and visiting family to get away from hurricane Matthew. I packed most of our stuff and forgot a power cable for my PSU... I walked in and the gentlemen behind the counter gave it to me no questions and didn't ask for anything. they are a dime a dozen but he didn't bat an eye. He suggested returning it when I head out of town and I fully intend to with at least a $5 tip. It is fantastic to see this kind of kindness from anyone nevermind a business. I hope I need something from them next time I am in town because they deserve it.

If you go to this place don't let Matt touch anything. He will completely ruin your systems! You will end up spending so much more for extra repairs that weren't an issue to begin with! I don't know how in the world this guy is allowed to continue working here. He needs to be either trained better or find someone to replace him.

Be careful taking your computers to this business.
Last week, my prebuilt Ibuypower computer encountered an issue with over heating, which was the reason for my visit to Computer Depo. After diognostics I was informed by Matt (the only employee I have an issue with, in this establishment) that the water cooler pump had failed and thus overheated my computer. I was charged double price for a $30 cooler master fan and $60 installation fee, which is fine. However, the computer failed again after returning from this store. I didn't feel comfortable returning after being charged double the price on a part, so I gave it to a family friend to look at.

The end result was that during the installation of the new fan on to my processor, Matt applied so much thermal paste that it had some how made its way between the needles and the motherboard. Effectively destroying my motherboard..... I cannot speak ill of other employees that may work here as I only received service from Matt but I can tell you that his lack of knowledg, skill, or work ethic has so far costed me roughly $525 for a simple fan replacement.
