Was told my laptop had a mother board IC failure. I was told there was a chip malfunction in the motherboard and was quoted 1500 to 2000 rupees for the repair. I went to an authorized Dell service center. He opened the laptop and took the RAM out and put it in again. That's all the fix it needed, and only cost me 500 at Dell. This shop lied to me about my laptop, just to overcharge me.

Bought a Dell laptop charger yesterday. Got it at a very good price. I bought the power cable too, but forgot to pick it up while leaving. This morning when I started work I saw that power cable is missing. I went to their outlet. Got the power cable with complete respect in less than a minute. I appreciate such gestures. Thank you so much!
