Work-life balance is good. Learning opportunity is ok. Dedicated small team for doing all type of projects. However new skills are difficult to implement due to slow adoption.

Once they get your CV, will offer you job, but even after weeks and months they will never reply back your email.

Compunnel is one of best employers I worked for in recent times. I really like their streamlined process through portal. So the information is not lost in email. Insurance and other bonuses is really good. They accelerated my immigration processes after I started working for them. In a recent incident, I had some trouble from a vendor. However, Compunnel heads quickly jumped into the boat to help. After I updated the heads about the issue, they completely took the matter in their hands and resolved it.

This is a scam. Notice ALL the good reviews are Indian names? They call you and introduce themselves with western names. Everyone there has the same accent, they re based in India. They have caller ID on every line so the can answer as if they were waiting for your call. All they want is your personal info. What the hell is a Compunnel anyway? It s a type of PHISH!

Kind of surprised at all the bad reviews here. Never thought to look on a Google review for a staffing agency (since they're all pretty bad anyway) but these guys seem terrible. They seem to go from 1 star to 5 (Not much inbetween), this suggests the 5 stars are a scam.

I had a pretty bad experience with them. They scheduled an interview with a client, then rescheduled, then I never received the phone call. Never got an explanation or even a response from them as to why (which really annoyed me since I had to rearrange my whole day for this call).

Looking at the reviews here I'm glad I never got the job, they seem like a pretty nasty company.

Edit: Just an fyi that no they never looked into the matter or updated me (anyone surprised?). Just another lying/unprofessional recruiting agency.

3 agents calle because they are in a bid to hire someone, then when I talk to one of the 3 he looks at my resume and is too slow to see that I have nearly a decade of customer service on my resume. Clearly they're hiring people from Bangladesh who can bearly read let alone comprehend a resume sad staffing agency

Compunnel is a company where there are opportunities to advance and grow.

One of the best staffing firm to work for. They have Strong Immigration team for H1 Visa's. They pay On time.

Compunnel has been the best consulting firm I have worked with. They have got a pretty good legal team who do a perfect job in processing you legal H1 or Labor applications without any complications. They have got a pretty good HR/Recruting and payroll team. With there time management system's and portals you never gonna miss a pay. And all these teams are very good at acknowledging and responding to your concerns.

They find the best jobs to suit your personal style for success I loved were they sent me to work!

Worst Company ever. Got me a job saying it was a full 40 hours 6:30-3:00pm with a 30 minute lunch. My start date was March 1st at 8am. I got there got informed that it starts at 8am-just until the work is done and sometimes we didn t even get the full 40 hours. We had to take a 30 minute lunch because they didn t want to pay us overtime. I didn t get paid the first and I got told we get paid weekly. They suck at answering phone calls. When confronted they caught attitude with me and started being rude. Like I said WORST COMPANY EVER. Suck at communicating.

Compunnel reached out to me and have always kept in touch everything was very straight forward i have always been able to get in touch when i need anything at all. I get frequent calls to make sure everything is going well. I have always been paid on time and correctly. I have been very pleased with this agency. Thank you for helping me with everything and providing me with a great contract. I am very greatful to be working during these trying times.

They found my resume & contacted me. I was barely able to understand the person with a heavy accent. They offered me a job & I took the position. Ever since then they've been giving me a lot of unnecessary calls & VM's. So I went online to look them up & a lot of people were saying they are scammers. SO BEWARE!!!! They wanted me to fill out their application process but I didn't. Because I felt uncomfortable the way they were coming at me.

I was scammed I ve worked for this company for 3 days and still haven t gotten paid this was last week I ve been contacting these people and no one is picking up I really needed this money but leave it to the people at this company you will be left with your information used

These stupid people always call me and harass me into joining their useless company.

Not sure about the workplace environment but their staff surely needs some training in soft skills to talk to people. My wife got a call from one of the recruiter (I think based in India) and this buffoon started asking personal questions over the phone. If this guy represents your staff then I'll suggest people to look elsewhere. If they call me again, I'll not hesitate to report them for harassment.

Personnel only interested in benefiting off of your work. Typical agency that cares nothing about temp employees.

Not much benefits, very poor insurance plans and that too expensive.

The company in name of "job interview" -- arranged Q & A session with an Indian company.
That Indian company has won a project "promising lies", but had no engineers who could do the job. So this company Compunnel in the name of interview, makes me answer questions of the engineers who ask us to teach them pretending to be interviewing. Eventually they will learn and do while we consult free for them.

Compunnel is one of the best employers that I have ever worked with in my entire career. The staff is very friendly and extremely professional. They helped me in filing my GC right ontime and and kept all the commitments that they had made before I joined. I had renewed/extended my visa more than once. All the time it was very smooth and I did not get any RFEs. Salary payments are always ontime. I never had any payment related issues in my entire duration ~ 4 years. Everyone in the company including senior management is very approachable. If you encounter any issues, they all come together as a team and help. It is like your HOME. You never feel that you are alone. My experience with Compunnel is extremely satisfactory and I would strongly recommend others to join this company.

SCAM. Steer clear of these cowboys! I stupidly responded to a message from someone called Dimple on Indeed. She called me, asked me to send her a copy of my visa documents. She hasn t responded to my emails or returned my calls since.

Worse experience ever. I get a call about an opening that s full time making 25 and hour send my resume and never heard back I called and left several messages even called the company they so called tried to get me in with and they had no idea what I was talking about. SCAM!!!!!!! PLEASE BE AWARE DO NOT SUBMIT ANY INFO THEY TAKE IT AND RUN WITH IT FOR THEIR OWN PURPOSES

BE-AWARE of this company.. ( read the negative reviews & think about how the positive reviews come from one race ).. I saw an ad for a M-F position in Dublin Ohio that pays 13.00Hr So I sent over my resume & was quickly hired after a successful background & drug screen. I wasn't able to complete the assignment due to transportation issues & sent an email to my recruiter. He tried to ILLEGALLY threaten not to pay me because i wasn't able to complete the assignment, he LIED and stated it was in company policy. Not only did i reread the company policy & didn't find that information, My spouse who works with the State told me that illegal & to file a claim with the Department of labor. I sent an email asking for another copy of the policy so that i can send that as proof to the Department of labor, Mr. Nikhil Naresh Marathe quickly sent me an email stating hes looking into the matter & that i will get paid. Today is the day i was supposed to get paid & have not gotten paid. ive reached out to the company i was sent to " Equip" & they have proof of me working 8 hours on 1/23/2019 with the time sheet as well as their cameras. I made friends the short day i was there on the assignment and have texted 2 of my colleagues and they got paid today. So it looks as if im going to have to get the Department of Labor involved. THEY ARE FRAUDULENT & LIARS. They could email me back quick on all of my other concerns but now taking forever to respond to me about getting paid.

Please do not try to find a job through this company I applied for a job that didn t require driving but I was disqualified for the position because of a previous accident in which I had zero points on my drivers record.

I found this company annoying. A woman with a heavy accent called tiffany called in regards to receptionist position on ziprecruiter. I feel the company is con artist since why would they want to interview for a position that is closed. Best advice is to stay away from them.

I found out through another recruiter from another agency that the last recruiter who contacted me from this agency NEVER even submitted me at all to the client, but yet LIED about the fact that I had been declined by the client, never thinking for a minute that I would ever find out the truth and know the difference!!! Also, he lied about the maximum payrate as well, to add insult to injury.

I have had countless other recruiters in the past from this agency give me the wrong JD or company name for what the job really was, and the way I knew that, was from other recruiters from other agencies trying to submit me for the exact same jobs! When I would bring this up with recruiters from this agency, I would always get a quick line, quick lie, and quick excuse!

No experience in the past has ever been truthful and legitimate; instead, ALWAYS far from it, and too fraudulent for words, actually!!!

Do yourself a favor, and stay far away from anyone from this agency!!!

They contacted me for a temp job that I didn t even ask for. I don t do temp jobs. They only wanted to use people for their own benefits. They don t really care for other people.

Having very bad experience with Compunnel, waiting for one of my candidate payment from last 5 month. now they are not picking up my call nor replay to my email.

If you're looking for a "temp" or "temp to hire job" go to Express Employment. They hooked me up with 2 jobs, a temp job then immediately to a temp to hire job, was a temp for three months and now have been a full time employee for 6 years. Check them out instead.

Great Company. Payroll is on time and with no issues. Very helpful staff.

The compliance culture is very strong and people are friendly. Only don't like working on weekends.

A team those who never rush on their deeds and always wish to go in the right direction - I was a part of the team for more than 2 years. I love the way ever my queries are answered and the quick responses.

Very bad experience. First they made it seem I was getting hired on directly through the company and full time. Come to find out after the interview if wasn't either of those things. But they told me it was full time and an opportunity to get hired by the company so I accepted. Then 2 days before my start date (and after I already put my 2 weeks in at my previous job) they told my they couldn't place me. Moral of the story, this company uses you as a resource nothing more, and they are not transparent or truthful.

DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE! This lady named Priyanka; she was working with my boyfriend trying to help him get employed immediately but, she never asked for a face to face interview but we didn t catch on till later that she was calling from New Jersey and we live in California. Anyways, she told my boyfriend to go to get a drug test which he did and passed. So then the lady contacted him stating that he passed and he can start at 8am at the job site. So he goes 15 minutes proir and the people from that job location said that Priyanka should of contacted him because they didn t have any work anymore, so my boyfriend called and she didn t answer and he left a voicemail. Then he called 5 times after that and never got back to him, so thanks to her he lost a day of work.

Staffing Agency... They find Great Paying Jobs For People.

I took my drug test and was assigned a job at Coca Cola 7 days later my background check comes back and fired me for having 2 speeding tickets and my background isn t clean because I have a civil speeding ticket it isn t criminal til I don t pay the ticket ! I ve never heard of somebody getting fired over a damn speeding ticket if I could do it all over I wouldn t have worked with them.Also when I was asking about my termination I couldn t understand them because they re accent is too strong so I asked a lady to repeat her self a couple times and she hung up in my face.

I never got paid and then got fired on top of that. I have been in contact with them since the beginning of june. I have not gotten any money and have sent countless emails regarding my money, just to be told there is an issue with my bank. My bank has never received a deposit from these people. And now i am out of two weeks pay as well as a job. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. They are full of scammers and lies.

Compunnel is very good company to work at. It gives right amount of support to enable employees to succeed. Their HR department and other support services are also worth appreciating. The Health benefits recently introduced by senior HR manager has been very good.
