Great place for an internship. Everyone is willing to help you and get to learn a bunch of new skills. It is a lot of fun and I enjoy coming into work everyday to learn more business skills.
Overall I have had a positive experience working for CompuGain for the past 2 months (financial services position). My RM spent some time with me working through some questions/concerns I had to ensure everything was copacetic prior to final on-boarding and they have timely responded ever since when questions/issues have popped up along the way. Being a contract employee is not for everyone and I'm sure ones opinion may vary depending on the type/level of position, but my experience thus far has gone well. I would recommend.
This company has been great to work with. They provide excellent compensation and health insurance. HR has been helpful and supportive.
I have been working with the company from 2006 and haven't been more happier. They have several direct clients in northern virginia and few other states. They take care of their employees and pay above industry average. I also heard positive reviews from some of their consultants.
Only negative I see with them is sometimes they take more than a day to respond, agreed they cater many clients but please do get back to people on time.
I have been working for Compugain at one of their clients for almost 6 months. They've been great. I was hired about a week after they contacted me and began working about 2 weeks later. The compensation is better than average. I would have no issues working with them.
Recently I have joined Compugain. Being a new member of this organization , I am sharing the experience so far so that new joiners get a better picture.
1. The recruiter was technical enough to understand my skill sets and analyze the client's requirement and was able to match them and place me in a job what I was looking for. Not BODYSHOP company at all.
2. They are trying to hire skilled people because of their good reputation in market. They are small, but have good resources. (I knew about Compugain before even I started talking to them for new job, and that through the work of compugain employee).
3. Compugain provides market standard compensation.
4. Their benefits are not really great, and I believe employee accept the job offer after understanding the benefits and compensation, so that they know how much will be your take home finally.
5. Their company policies are clear and simple.
6. Ultimately, every company can't be the best. I have observed some process that can be improved, which make sense, otherwise why would they hire you.
Note: I am moving from a IT giant to this small company, but I am really happy about their easy and simple company policies.
So far, I did not see any trust issues and things were smooth and easy. Everybody is helpful.
Great place to work, lots of opportunities to explore for people who are interested. One can switch between technologies, build/contribute towards internal projects, on the job training n more. Rapidly expanding into Cloud services, Data services, and digital transformation. Pretty good engineering team both offshore and onsite.
I have been working for CompuGain at a major financial company for over 2 years and have never had any issues. They are very responsive and caring if anything comes up. I would highly recommend them.
I ve been working at one of Compugain s financial clients for the last two years. Everyone at CompuGain is highly technical, responsive and kind. The compensation is up to industry standard and the benefits are pretty good as well. Great company to be a part of.
