Bases promotions on tenure not ability, work ethic, honest, etc.

CompTech Computer Technologies is a breath of fresh air to work at/for, if looking for any position (that's available)! I was newer to the contracting side of things as it related to my profession and they were like family from the moment the first conversation began! They don't just see you as just another position or seat to fill but rather, care for the well-being of you as a person! That to me says enough! Awesome and positive staff! If you've ever had issues in the past with the paperwork, insurance, benefits side of things, perhaps and emergency happened and needed your job to OVERSTAND! Well, CompTech will walk you through it all and ALWAYS have someone standing by whether a mouse click, finger stroke or phone call away, to answer any and all questions, concerns or perhaps just explain things in a better way for you to understand personally. And they always OVERSTAND OVERSTAND emergency/sick, ect situation and are always willing to work with you! What a great environment! Willing to work WITH you, celebrate with you and always make YOU and getting the task completed the main priorities! What a job right!?!?!?! How great to have positive and uplifting staff right!?!?! Who can ask for a better way to start 2020!!!! And if you don't know folks.......now ya'll know!!! Thanks CompTech for being a workforce that's changing the lives of many, especially mine!

CompTech is a great place to work! The staff is very responsive, hard-working, and supportive.

I worked at CompTech for two years now. It has been a wonderful experience working with a company with hard working, dedicated people that truly cares and rewards it's employees.

I have been with Comptech for over three years now and can't be more pleased with the professional atmosphere, helpful and friendly corporate office, and the overall care Comptech geninuely gives to make sure employees are comfortable and have a voice in their work.

Poor business management, very poor HR response, the company does not research jobs before placing bids. This company does not care about the staff and only looks at you like a number. I don't see this company becoming successful..

I've been an employee of CompTech for over 1 1/2 years and what I appreciate about the culture at headquarters is how we are all given a voice, whether you are a VP or an intern. Our all-hands meetings are literally all hands. Those same VPs and interns are sitting around the same conference table while the the CEO speaks to us as a unified group. It is a refreshing change coming from large company/Corporate America as I did.

Great company to work for. Great people to work with. I have gained massive experience in IT as an intern. The boss is hands-on and accessible. My coworkers are supportive. Lastly, there is a great work-life, home-life balance.

They are a wonderful employer, fully transparent and refreshingly transparent.

CompTech is full of hardworking, intelligent, passionate people who really care about their team, their employees, and their community. I've been able to learn a lot, make new friends, and grow both personally and professionally. great place to work !
