I have been coming to this place since 2014 and i have nothing but great things to say about them. From the receptionist, the nurses and the doctors. Makes me feel welcomed and i am always treated with the outmost respect and understanding.

I went in for an epidural procedure for my lower hip and back at Comprehensive Spine & Pain Management. I must say Dr. Canty was very attentive and the medical staff at 295 Madison are awesome and friendly. I was very comfortable. If ever in need of pain Management Dr. Canty is the guy!

Dr. Canty is the best! His whole team are wonderful people and they really handle you with care. They are meticulous about knowing all aspects of your health to ensure the best service possible. Nothing is overlooked here and I am grateful to be with an excellent team of people who care about you. What an amazing team and amazing Dr. I cannot speak highly enough. After being in so much pain for a long time I left feeling significant relief from my pain, more in control and ready and able to do the work to get better!

The team and Dr Canty were very empathetic and put you right at ease. Everyone could not do enough to make it easy for you and everything was explained perfectly to make you feel comfortable. It s rare you can say you walk into a medical facility and there is a nice atmosphere, but I say it about this place and it all comes from the wondeful team.

The wait time was reasonable. The receptionist was very courteous and professional. Everyone involved with my procedure was understanding to my discomfort. Especially the PA whose name eludes me right now. Dr. Canty did a great job as always, along with Dr. Gendai Echezona- (Great job on the converse), Tongbo and Nicole.
From the receptionist area to the private and procedure room, the environment is always clean and inviting. I really and truly do not have one bad thing to say about my experience.

Everyone from the receptionist to Dr. Canty get 10 stars 5 is too little. You feel like you know them forever

State of the art facility, amazing kind staff, doctor spent the time to explain next steps and treatment.

When I walk in this place I feel welcome. The Receptionists are lovely they greet the patients with warm smiles. That can put the pain at ease. The nurses and doctors are willing to discuss any concern about your pain. For example I was confused about my situation I asked one of the nurses for help right away he consulted a doctor and the doctor came to me and discussing the matter. I feel very comfortable coming to this place there is planty of room to seat and relax until departure to home.

Today is my 4th visits at CSP' Center. Again my experiance with the staff is beyond my expectation. The whole crew is nice no exception. That's what I call team work. I will refer my family and friends to CSP' Center anytime. Keep the good work.

My husband and I had prp injections with exosomes with Dr. Canty. For several years we were told by orthopedist s we needed surgery. We opted for a more regenerative approach and found Dr. Canty and his team. Our treatment as been wonderful and professional with both Dr. Canty and his office staff .

Most importantly, his protocol of treatment for us has not only saved us from having surgery but enabled both of us to be able to enjoy life and feel great everyday and alleviate our pain. We highly recommend him and his team for care.

Professional courteous and never a wait! Helped me enormously with my back issues

Dr. Canty recently performed bone marrow (my own) and exosomes stem cells procedure on my knee and lower back. After the procedure felt very little pain. I see an improvement already with very little pain. Prior to my procedure Dr. Canty answered all questions and explained the process in detail. His staff is very professional and helpful. I would definitely let Dr Canty perform another procedure. I recommend Dr Canty to everyone.
