Complete Lab Solutions (CLS) Review

Really not even 1 star. Came over here they say they open at 8:30. It's almost 9 and still nobody!

I have applied for a job and was instructed to have a drug screening at this location within 24 hours. I waited 1 hour yesterday between 10:30am and 11:30am while the door remained locked during staff hours. I am now here at 8:30am the following morning and no employees have even arrived. I find this extraordinarily appalling because how am I suppose to convince a potential employer who doesnt know me personally that the business contracted to do drug screenings with them is incompetent and poorly managed?

Terrible and they need to change their hours if they can t come to work on time I m pissed and done been here twice had to have my drug test re issued because these folks are never here that s ridiculous !!!

Well first off , yesterday I googled the company's location for my visit today. I couldn't help but to notice all the negative reviews, such as the lack of professionalism and establishment being closed during posted hours of operation. But I myself believe in given the benefit of the doubt to anyone including businesses. But to my surprise , I arrived at the business at 8:44 am and they were closed . Looked around the parking lot and noticed others waiting in their cars. So I sat for about 10 more minutes and lights were turned on and doors unlocked. So you would think that after being tardy to opening the business, that the least the employee could do would be to extend her apologies, and at least offer a smile, but nothing but coldness and lack of concern. Would also like to note how dirty the restroom was. Hopefully this review will merit some changes.

Called to find out the hours the day before, and told the lady on the phone that I would come in the afternoon after her lunch break the following day. So I went there and find a note on the door stating closed for the afternoon due to off site testing. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN MENTIONED THE DAY BEFORE ON THE PHONE!!! Since this was the final day of my 48 hour time period I now have to contact the company and try and reschedule. So I wasted my time and gas to drive over to Bossier from Stonewall for NOTHING!! Not professional and all and made me very upset!!

Worked here from November of 2016 to May of 2017. Please do not work here, they are very unprofessional! I always felt that a second person was needed to assist but my concerns were never acknowledged. Needless to say, I was let go simply because the supervisor did not like me. Tried to talk with the owner and he is impossible to reach. Do not do business here if you value your time

I would rate this business 0 out of 5 ! They had a sign on the door with a posted time to return from an offsite job. One HOUR later no one had returned and 4 clients came and left in that time frame. I know because I sat there waiting during that time. If I were an employer looking for a testing site I would look elsewhere.

I walked in and sat down. Didn't have to wait more than a minute before a pleasant young lady asked me for my ID & paperwork. I was then escorted to the back for testing. The ordeal was routine with no worries. Then, I left. Couldn't have gone smoother. Props
