I find Richard Hall to be an approachable and friendly engineer who I have dealt with over a period of about 10years. He is a reliable and thoroughly knowledgeable engineer who will turn out at short notice for any emergency.. He fitted my central heating boiler and my mother-in-laws and I have no hesitation in recommending his company.

Suggested a number of options and talked through the pros and cons of each.

Eventually settled on an Ideal Vogue boiler which suits our needs, comes with a ten year guarantee and is far more efficient than the boiler it replaced.

As our old boiler was failing, Richie went out of his way to move jobs around to get it in fast and completed the job over a couple of days.

A very neat job, he organised removal of the old boiler and rubbish, setting up and demonstrating the new boiler.

Would highly recommend - nice to meet an engineer who not only knows what he's doing but is obviously enthusiastic and keeps up to date with current technology.

Boiler service and some repair work on radiator. Excellent service. Flexible, quick, knowledgable and friendly. Also, took sensible Covid precautions. Will be using again.

Excellent service. Had him out to try and solve an issue with my pilot light going out on the boiler. Took his time to explain what was going on and then very quickly solved the problem. Polite, courteous and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Richie arrived when he said he would, quickly identified the fault with our heating system, and then fixed it, all at a very reasonable price. I found him to be friendly, knowledgable, and professional throughout and hence will be calling on his services again. Highly recommended.

I contacted Richie after my hot water and heating stopped working. He responded very quickly and identified the problem straight away. He came back later the same day with the correct part and the job was done.

Richard has installed 2 boilers for me and carries out servicing on an annual basis. He is a really pleasant and knowledgable person and I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

We have known Richie for some 12 years and he looks after our plumbing and heating needs.

We had a problem with our boiler on a Sunday and having texted him he telephoned that day and spent some 45 minutes trying to sort the problem out remotely.

He identified the problem and a part had to be ordered. This arrived promptly and Richey fixed the problem first thing on Tuesday morning.

I can t thank him enough and this is typical of the level of service that he has provided us with. I would thoroughly recommend Richie to anybody.

I have used Complete Heat Solutions on many occasions. They fitted a new boiler in my previous home and have recently renewed my full central heating system at my new home.
