I love working here. They do amazing things here with buses. Diesel engines, cng, electric, hybrids you name it they do it. Top to bottom literally.

Great company. The interview process does take some time, but staff has amazing customer service. There is a lot of work and lots of room for growth. Grateful to be part of an amazing team.

Jim Paul is an excellent employee, very helpful in our referbishment plans. Definitely a decision factor

I m not sure about the other departments but I was close working with supervisors and management, manager quit 3rd day there, cleaned entire tool room, maintained it, tried my best to respect everyone, and mind the way that I was speaking. Not a single manager or supervisor introduced themselves to me, instead sometimes insulted or treated like a lesser, and in my own words, a bunch of grown men losers with a lack of character and communication. Work hard, then for whatever reason they let me go after a month. Wouldn t let me work efficiently, always pressing me or with every decision and effort it felt like I was walking on egg shells, couldn t even use the restroom without someone concerned with where I m going, and the job itself was minimal pay, non skilled work, no hard labor. I don t find them to be a great company, mediocre at best.

I would like to talk about something important about your company. I am not an employee there. But I applied for a position as a Mehchanical Engineer position. I firstly interviewd by Richard Florit and than my second interview was with again Richard Florit and Chuck Barnes. It went very well. I was happy to work at complete coach works and under Richard Florit. After my interview process, Richard was interested in hiring me and I think Chuck also because Richard told me on phone that they would like to hire me and my next step will be a drug test. So, if I passes that test then I will receive an offer letter. Julie(Recruiter) knew that they wants to hire me. I called Julie and asked about that process and she told me that she will call me next week for that. But I didn't hear back from her so I called again and she told me that she has to concern her manager first. That took 2 weeks and after that she came with a new reason that now she has to get a confirmation from Richard and Chuck. And after a week or two she told me that Richard is not here he will come back at facility after a week . This already passed 3-4 weeks. Still she didn't talked to the manager and she didn't took confirmation. And I called many times to follow up after the time and date they told me but no one answered the phone and everytime I left message I don't heard back from them. She told me Richard will come after 31st July, I waited 2-3 days to heard back from her(Julie) but then I called her and I didn't received an answer. Then next time I called and when I said at the front desk that I wanted to talk to HR department, Julie answered the phone and she told me that the position is on hold and we are not hiring. This took 5 weeks and I didn't receive a proper answer nor I heard back from Richard. I have everything in my email. Litterally they wasted my time and everytime gave me a hope that I will hear something but she disappointed me everytime. It was easy for her to tell me that position is on hold. I felt like I am a dog and they are saying me to go here and there. I need a proper reason from the authorities. Because Richard told me one time that Dale carson is not here and he will come next week so we need his signature to move further.

When I emailed Julie and Richard about this scenario, Julie forwarded email to HR Manager and she apologized for not getting an answer on timely manner. And SHE told me that "Mr. Chuck Barnes didn t feel you met the qualifications for the job". Now this is contradicting here, Julie told me she have to take confirmation from Mr. Chuck and Richard and She knew they wants to hire me and now HR manager is saying Mr. Chuck was not interested in me. Then why I was given a hope? And if Richard was not in facility she can ask Mr. Chuck or she should have taken confirmation because he was in facitlity. So I don't know who is right here. But someone has to look at this matter so this doesn't happens to anyone. And whoever is applying, don't keep any hope.
