Compex Legal is a great place to work! I am fortunate to work with great colleagues doing work I enjoy for an industry leader in the insurance and legal space. Compex has a wonderful management team that values and believe in it's employees. I am proud to work here!

I would just like to state how one of their servers who drop off the subpoenas here in Fresno Ca "Michael" is a great worker. Always comes into the office with such a great attitude and you can just tell hes a people person. Other companies servers are a here you go and leave but not Michael he actually communicates and has a conversation as well as always says take care

I first want to say that I was hired remotely during the COVID-19 Pandemic when most places were shut down so I am beyond grateful for this opportunity to join the Compex team!

I saw on Indeed an Account Manager position and digitally interviewed with several members of their team. During the interview process I primarily spoke with Robert Grande. After hearing his own testimonial about the company, along with others, & knowing that I'd be reporting to him, I was sold.

Though the training process was unique, being remote and all, it was still a thorough guide to understand what exactly our business does for law firms and insurance companies.

I look forward to learning more and am thoroughly happy with my current position here at Compex! Would recommend!

We have been asked to fax the same medical records over and over again for each patient .....they are extremely unorganized.

absolutely unorganized and irresponsible company and people that work there. it is so unbelievably frustrating dealing with them.

This business is not good at handling forms and legal matters. They have sent letters demanding information that are automated forms that didn't get populated with information so they are useless and impossible to respond to multiple times. When you try to contact them to resolve, it is impossible to get a hold of a person and they don't respond to voicemails. They have also emailed us paperwork that wasn't even intended for my business, demanding response with again incorrectly filled out forms not even intended for my business. They don't appear to know how to handle their own systems and keep their customers information secure. I would not recommend using this company if you can avoid it.

Compex Legal, specifically Shanyn Lim, is a pleasure to work with. Very responsive, and professional. Highly recommend!
