I will recommend them to all my family and friends , I had a checkup and a complete cleaning . I also had a wisdom tooth pulled and didn t feel a thing . They were very well organized and professional and friendly. The dentist was awesome and his assistant Norma was very friendly and made me feel at ease . I wasn t even nervous anymore . Great place , I m glad I came here and will continue to come here for all my dental needs .

My experience with the dentist I was assigned has been GREAT. She is very kind and professional. Always keeps me aware of what she is doing and why she is doing it, which is very important to me. But be aware, you will WAIT long times to get inside. Your appointment will probably be scheduled a month or two out and you will rarely get someone to actually pick up the phone when you call

I was a volunteering to help support what the clinc provides to our community. I was so impressed by the care and knowlegdge and the quality of dentistry. The latest in technology Kuddos ! To Community Smiles and Thank you for serving the great need for affordable care. Once I graduate from my dental school count on me. I will be volunterring and giving back to the community. We can all do better to help assit those in need.

This clinic is absolutely the best. The staff and doctors are so nice and genuinely loving!!! Every time I call they answer the phone quick. They are always happy to help me. Couldn t wish for a better clinic to go to! Totally recommend it to everyone!

This is a really top notch clinic, my dentist Mahmoud (Sorry if I did not spell it right), did such an excellent job, and not to forget his assistant. This place is beyond my expectations, and I am really pleased with their service and work. For the first time ever I found the most excellent and affordable dentist clinic.

To begin with the staff is accommodating. In the the year that I have been a patient I have received best possible dental care.

I'm a customer of community smiles from 2016. It's very affordable and high level clinic even though it's community clinic. It takes some time to get the service but I did veneers, cleaning of all my teeth and filings. The front desk specialists are very nice and friendly and happy to assist. They always calls and reminds about appointments and they leave message if you dont pick up phone. from 2016 I had 3 doctors and they were very attentive and solved my issues. I really love that I have also opportunity to have professors and doctors who specialises in different problems and who assists to my doctor and help them too.

Since writing the review below, I've experienced an improvement in the front desk customer service. The dental clinic demonstrated that they are responsive to improving their customer service. Thanks!

This morning I had an appointment for 8:00 a.m. to see the dentist along with the orthodontist specialist, who comes once monthly. I arrived at 7:30 am and there were only 2 walk-in patients. I checked in and paid for my visit by 7:46 am. Upon the dental staff arrival they began calling in patients at about 8:15 am. I waited patiently as always until 9:00 am, after they called in several patients that arrived long after i did. Upon approaching the from desk person, ( I think her name is Jennifer), I was given some very lame excuse then see said she would move me up to the next patient with one of the doctors, from the 3rd position I was in.

I was called into the doctor's treatment room at 9:30 am, 2 hours after my arrival. And i wasn't seen by the specialist until about 1015 a.m. because as it turned I was the 11th person on his list to be seen.

I am sick and tired of this type of treatment by the front desk staff. This type of delay had occurred several times but this one eased so blatant. I missed a plane on one occasion and today I missed a very important appointment.

Unfortunately, it seems that if you are non- Hispanic or don't speak Spanish you are pushed to the back, like I've been on occasions. I'm sure this is not the kind of service that Jackson expects from its staff and i hope that it stops!

I'm very Dissatisfied with the service from the front desk!

I am writing as Power of Attorney for my cousin who is a patient of Dr. Aly Baloy. Dr. Baloy has demonstrated the utmost care and sensitivity towards my cousin. She has developed a long-term, comprehensive treatment plan which she took the time to share with me and to patiently answer all the questions that I raised with her.
My experience with all staff members of Community Smiles Dental Clinic has been extremely positive. My cousin is truly fortunate to be a patient at such a wonderful clinic!

Finally got my braces I'm so happy. The staff was absolutely amazing.

Very professional from the staff. The doctor is great explains all procedures. Cost is resoanable for my mom which she is elderly.

I have been coming to Community Smiles for more than 5 years and I have always had the best service. I must mention that Alex, Denise, Cici and the whole staff have been so helpful and kind. Moreover, Dr Mejia is an excellent doctor, he treats his patients with a lot of patience and care :) . THANK YOU.

I had a terrible toothache and CS took me in same day as emergency. I was scheduled with Dr. Sauni, he was able to explain what he was going prior to treatment and was very nice. Very friendly staff and i overall had a great experience. Looking forward to begin regular dental treatment with such great team.

They even charge you for the things that are donated to them for the people in a school that learn with you and take donations and charge more than a normal dentist, something strange, there is a report here

Grate service and affordable price but you have to wait two to three hours to be seen by the Dentist.

I was in a lot of pain with my tooth. Anna the manager was very diligent to help me. The staff is friendly and amazing. The Doctor is caring and I recommend them wholeheartedly. Maria Carolina was a great help also. I hoping to continue receiving care from such amazing people in their profession.

The waiting time is disrespectful. The work done is good. The telephone lines never answer them.

This place is horrible at answering their phones. I've never seen a company this bad that you have to call 100 times with it being a emergency, and they don't answer. The only way to get to them is by going to the dentist office. Something has to be done this is unbelievable!!!

Dr. Saira has been so great to me , i am so thankful to have found this clinic. Alex is always so helpful when i call and go in for my appointments definitely would recommend!

They never answer the phone! Maybe they need a receptionist full time that loves their job. I'm in so much pain and I'm trying to get help to fix the situation

Went twice, both times they made my teeth worse. Extremely untrained student dentists that will use you as a guinea pig. Avoid at all costs

Customer service is excellent, hygiene is kept up to standards & the service for emergency assistance was prompt.

I would highly recommend this place for any dentistry work you need. The staff is warm and friendly and very professional.
