I found CSA to be very helpful in preparing my resume. Once I found a job, the subsidy that I received in order to get all of the certifications that were needed for my employment has allowed me to not just have a job but to really start a career in something that I truly enjoy. CSA, DeAndrea and Tamahtra have made such a huge difference in my life for the better. I have nothing but positive praises to sing about your organization.

I feel like if a business or someone has a phone for someone to call how come the business or person won't answer the phone? I feel like an business or person shouldn't have the phone if the business or person doesn't answer thats just me. I cant confirm my appointment. Well I guess the phone was down. But once they contacted me they got right on it. So It's only right to change that.

Don't expect anything helpful. Not a good resource for anything employment or housing related.

You'd think that they might be because that's what they list primarily on their website. But mostly they just collect links to other sites, organizations, and people who are actually useful. Maybe.

Took a week to even get a call back and another week to get an appointment to talk to someone who couldn't do anything. What they DID do, was ask they same, exact questions on their application. Then, they couldn't help. Wow.

Must be nice to get paid to answer a phone, be useless, and waste people's in time.

How do I get YOUR job? Seems cushy and like it doesn't have any qualifications beyond "Speak English" and "Be a sack of lard".

One of our core values at CSA is innovation. We are constantly seeking new ways to address poverty in our community through creative solutions that are tailored to meet specific needs. Our approach involves collaborating with local organizations and stakeholders to identify gaps in service delivery systems so that we can develop effective strategies for addressing these issues.

Our housing assistance program provides affordable housing options for low-income families who struggle with finding safe and stable living arrangements. We offer rental assistance programs which help eligible households pay their rent while also offering case management services aimed at helping clients achieve long-term stability.

We also provide job training programs aimed at equipping individuals with skills necessary for securing employment opportunities within their respective fields. Our job placement services connect clients with potential employers while also offering support throughout the application process.

In addition to these core services mentioned above, CSA offers various other programs including healthcare access initiatives which aim at improving health outcomes among low-income populations through preventative care measures such as immunizations or screenings; educational support initiatives which provide tutoring or mentoring opportunities; legal aid clinics where clients can receive free legal advice from qualified attorneys; transportation assistance programs aimed at helping people get around town when they don't have reliable transportation options available; among others.

At CSA we understand how important it is for nonprofits like ours to be transparent about how donations are used so donors can feel confident about supporting us financially knowing their contributions will make an impact on those who need it most.
