We adore COPD. They have excellent Deaf and Interpreting Services. They do a good job as they can. If you need anything to get help, go direct to COPD. They will be right there for you. Good job!
Services offered here is a joke. Zero consistency in programs being offered. Staff does not look at deaf individuals as equal people. But as people who needs to be coddled. Seek elsewhere for services.
