Horrible way that treat the customer like there stealing something. I was yelled at by a tall black guy with a fake mexican accent.he thinks hes still in the military shooting bombs off with his ptsd problems.stop letting in bums from skid row.sleeping at the computers.bring in food and drinks.bumping into people with no manners.

The process of getting assistance is OUTDATED! They require laid off workers to come in, have tons of paperwork printed and filled out by hand to get the training assistance. All of that can and should be done online, from EDD to our work source programs, our systems are completely outdated.
