The support and care you receive when fostering through this agency surpasses all expectations! The entire staff makes you feel as if you are part of one big extended family. We were skeptical and afraid as we took the first steps into fostering. Community Care Resources helped us every step of the way to feel confident that we could DO THIS! We are loving our foster parent experience! We are grateful to have literally stumbled upon this agency when we first started out on this journey and we highly recommend them to anyone who is interested.

Community Care Resources is an amazing organization to work for. The foster parents have a lot of support, not only from their case manager, but also from the supervisors and office personnel.

CCR not only cares about the foster children but they also care a great deal about the foster parents.

Have been with CCR for over 20 years. Wouldn't have it any other way.

My husband and I looked into fostering for quite some time. We found an extended family at CCR! We have found guidance and mentoring that is more than I could have ever prayed for. Our CCM is absolutely amazing! She is honestly family. We never have an issue with getting information or answers to questions, or simply getting an actual person on the phone. Everyone is extremely professional, super friendly, and truly want what is best for the kids/families they provide for. I can not imagine being licensed anywhere else! We are constantly being updated on new trainings, changes in policies, and just all around checked on to make sure we are not needing anything. This is a place where you can truly tell everyone employed there loves their work.

We have been working with CCR for over two and a half years. Every single employee we have interacted with has been knowledgeable, professional, kind and caring. They serve with love and passion for their field. And it motivates and encourages my family to continue on this journey. We have been supported every step of the way, and have never felt alone.

I ve been with CCR for about a year and the staff is amazing. They care deeply about the kids in care as well as the foster parents and are really there to support you and your family (in whatever form it is). They specialize in the harder cases and have the support staff and resources to truly make a difference. If anyone is looking to be a foster parent, I strongly recommend CCR for both their support and their commitment. You really are a person with them, not another name on a list.

CCR provides so much support and services for our foster youth and to my family ... I've fostered for multiple counties and can honestly say that there is nothing like having you're own case worker, educational programming and support. Fostering is challenging but worth it!

My experience fostering with CCR has by far surpassed any expectation I had of a foster agency. From 24/7 support, having a personal case manager in my home every week to talk through things, to some of the most in-depth and transformational training courses before licensing AND amazing continued free trainings and support opportunities after licensing ...there is not a better agency to work with! We are one big family at Community Care Resources.

About Community care resources

Community Care Resources: Providing Foster Care Services to Children in Need

Community Care Resources is a non-profit organization that provides foster care services to children in need. The organization is based in Wisconsin and has been serving the community for many years. Community Care Resources is dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for children who have been removed from their homes due to abuse, neglect, or other reasons.

The organization's primary goal is to find loving and caring foster parents who can provide a stable home environment for these children. Community Care Resources believes that every child deserves a chance at happiness and success, regardless of their background or circumstances.

Wisconsin Foster Parents Needed

One of the main focuses of Community Care Resources is finding foster parents who are willing to open their hearts and homes to children in need. The organization works closely with potential foster parents throughout the entire process, from initial inquiry through training and placement.

Foster parents are needed for children of all ages, from infants through teenagers. Sibling groups are also often placed together whenever possible so that they can remain connected during this difficult time.

Qualifying as a Foster Parent

Becoming a foster parent with Community Care Resources requires meeting certain qualifications. These include being at least 21 years old, having adequate space in your home for additional family members, passing background checks, completing training courses on fostering techniques and procedures.

The application process involves an interview with one of our staff members followed by an assessment visit where we will evaluate your home environment suitability as well as your ability to provide care for the child/children you wish to take into your home.

Treatment Foster Care

Community Care Resources offers treatment foster care services which involve providing specialized care for children with emotional or behavioral challenges resulting from past trauma or abuse experiences. Treatment foster care involves working closely with mental health professionals who help develop individualized treatment plans tailored specifically towards each child's needs.
