Community Building Services did a great job on my small flat roof. This required the tear off of existing flat roof and nearby aluminum siding. They replaced the aluminum siding with vinyl and it looks great! There wasn t very much square footage to be repaired/replaced, but this still was a complex job. They worked hard, going above and beyond my expectations. Thank you!
The whole team was exceptional, from the estimate through the final billing. They were very honest about working within a budget and what the timeline for the work would be. Constant check-ins were done to make sure I was happy with the work in progress and then again at completion. I would absolutely hire them again to work on my home.

They were competitively priced, communicated with us extremely well, and did great work; the installation team went above and beyond the call of duty. Community Building Services has done several large remodeling projects for me. I had 30+ linear feet of a retaining wall replaced, a new deck built and a complete bathroom remodel. Every employee was timely, professional, and friendly. They always left the work site clean at the end of the day. The contractor on my bathroom remodel, Jim, was superb at keeping me informed of progress. Chuck and Scott Parker were hard working and always on time. I can't recommend them highly enough. Getting ready to do another bathroom remodel with them. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Had CBS come out and put up my 10x10 shed. They were priced fairly, did amazing work and were very timely. Jim did an amazing job and Kyle was very on top of emails and being in contact with me. Would definitely recommend and I ll definitely be using them again in the future.
From start to finish, Jim and his assistant, Nick provided our family with high quality craftsmanship, and along with Kyle, the best possible customer service experience on our complete kitchen remodel. Jim always told me ahead of time what time the crew would arrive each day, what work was planned and what subcontractors would be on site. Always on time, Jim was a first things first kind of guy, intentional to ask and answer questions, track small details, troubleshoot and move through this major project as a team. He listens for the homeowner perspective, sought first to understand and consistently looked for ways to exceed expectations. He has that old-school work ethic and pride in his trade. Jim is a meticulous woodworker and was a patient teacher with his helper.
The kitchen is complete and we are extremely happy with the new space and the remodeling experience. The whole team at Community Building Services exceeded our expectations. We have another project planned already and will plan ahead with CBS. Community did a porch revision on our home. Once the "non-essential" work stop was lifted, the job was scheduled quickly. When issues came up with the professional look of something, it was quickly noticed by Jim and remedied by Jim and Clay without additional cost. It looks great. Very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend this company.
Community Building Services has been renovating an important area in a building we moved into this summer. While any project like this can be disruptive in a workplace, the lead workers, John Garza and Scott Stewart, have done a superior job of keeping us informed as the work progressed and were able to minimize noise and dust issues. They have truly been a pleasure to work with. The area is already looking so much better than before and it appears that this project will be completed on schedule.
