I was blown away at seeing how clean and modern the facility for the day program was. They have a great design in a spacious new building and provide the best day support services in the region in my opinion.
While there were some who loved their line of work and who seemed to put forth the effort and compassion needed. The amount who didn't outweighed the good. After encountering many violations and poor living conditions of the consumers. With flat out unprofessionalism by their caretakers. In my opinion this place should be shut down.
I have to say very poor& UNPROFESSIONAL services during the hiring process. The staff doesn't tell employees full details about training you find out once you are hired then if not completed in a timely matter you don't get the job. I don't feel that is fair that should be stated or told upfront so that will give ppl the choice if they want to continue the process. I highly disagree & my time was definitely wasted. The reviews definitely tell a lot & I see now why.
