I messed up on the date I was supposed to have my apartment. I was treated Extremely nice and sweet. They were very helpful in me getting the required information needed to complete my paperwork. I was also seen the same afternoon. I was impressed with the compassion, effectively and professionalism that my case received.

I cannot reach them by phone. All I ever get is a recording. Maybe no one is working the phones anymore just recordings. You can't leave a message, just goodbye.

Community Action is very helpful. They are so nice to you when you go in the office or talk to them on the phone. They are really so helpful to the community.
