One if the best LTC facility companies out there! Great hours amazing and friendly staff.

If I could rate 0 I would. I would ask that someone would call me back to discuss my issue. BUT HA! I have not received a phone call or any information regarding my issue since November 2020

Horrible company I worked scheduled hours for facility in Dayton come pay day NO CHECK interim administrator Kim G from Clifton location has nasty attitude very unprofessional 1 week later still NO CHECK called payroll 3 different days Payroll employee stated AGAIN Kim has not turned in any verification. This is ridiculous. Don t work for this company if want to get paid for your work!

Terrible company to work for. Do not bring loved ones to their nursing facilites.

I had a skin rash so I made an appointment. The night before the appointment I started having symptoms of an UTI. My appointment was scheduled at 8:00 am. At 8: 50 they had not called me yet. They finally called me at 8:55!!! When I told the nurse I was also having the symptoms of an UIT she said the doctor COULD ONLY see me for ONE reason.
What can of business is this? They make me lose one hours of work, but can't see me for my skin rash and the UIT? I am not coming back. Horrible service.

Worked there for over a decade. Used to be a great place to work for, but not anymore. Loyalty and hard work don't mean much to management and are taken for granted. Employee recognition is a joke. Communicare Cares is non-existent, and the stuff listed on their website has not been done in years. New managers being hired in are apparently soul-less robots.
