I actually had a good experience with the COLLECTIONS Dept. Yes, I said that right. My insurance had not billed a medical bill correctly and it got sent to the Dept. Of Revenue. They gave me all the assistance they could and even communicated with the hospital and my insurance company to get the issue fixed. The Dept of Revenue sent the collections back to the hospital and stated I only have to set up a payment plan with the hospital now and not them. They were very helpful and friendly, except one person who I just prayed for because he sounded truly miserable in life in general. I feel his bitter tone was unrelated to being involved in my claim.

I call today about a business question and they were very helpful ! They answer right away! And directed me to someone else who could answer all my questions..

Tried to get a problem resolved on the phone but the RUDE person named Amber would not even listen!!! She was curt from the time she answered!!! Then threatened to hang up on me!!! Well she can bug off!!! She needs a different job because she has no customer relations skills!!! I will never call back again!

Lovely people staff the building . Very friendly . Got my taxes done in 15 mins . I was impressed .

Horrible customer service !!! I call 4 times and I was hung up on twice because I told the representative she did not have to be so rude !! I was just asking if I could get a bill to sent it along with a check for my records . Every time I call someone rude answer , There is no manners no understanding nothing all they have is rudeness .

Used a legitimate company to file my taxes and KY DoR flagged my returns as fraud alert. I had to prove my identity. If you don't do this in their time allowed you then have to submit all kinds of proof. I did this May 2. Checking in, they claim I submitted it May 9. Right now they are processing April 13. My taxes were filed by well before I submitted proof of identity. So now I got kicked to the back of the line and still haven't gotten my return. Pray you don't fall victim to their pathetic "identity theft protection" system! #ThanksMackGillim

They do not honor pos marked dates and toss the envelopes. They do this so they can say they enter them in late and rack up penalties and fees. I have proof because I send mine certified mail now and it shows the date that conflicts with their records.

Called today to check on my amended return from 2018 and was told it would be another 5 to 9 months before I would get it. They ve had it since March and when I ask if I d get interest I was told no even when my tax preparer told me I would. The lady was very blunt and not nice at all. This place is a joke. I bet if I owed them money they wouldn t wait a year to get it! Must be the party in charge because I ve never seen delays like this in my 38 years of working. And pleas update your voicemail system. It is 2010 and not 2017.

So, so difficult to get any help from a representative who cares at all about your issue. You ll wait on hold forever, probably get disconnected, call back, stay on hold for another 30 minutes, and then get told their payment system is down and to call back again. If I could give them less than a star, I would.
