I have several colleagues in the industry all over the Midwest who ve applied and interviewed with this company, only to be told they d be moving forward in the interview process and then never called back again. Extremely unprofessional. These folks do not have a friendly reputation; there s a ton of other caring companies in the area- I suggest you apply elsewhere if you d like to be treated with respect.
I admired this company and what it stood for prior to becoming an employee. They were a client of mine at the time and when there was an opportunity to join the team, I jumped at the chance. Nearly two years later - I have not looked back! . I truly enjoy the work that I am doing, the people I have the privilege of working with and the impact we have on the lives for the people we serve.

The bosses can't even get their own stuff straight. I applied for a job here and they had me schedule a phone interview. Then a few days later, they cancel the interview on me before I even get a chance to talk to them, saying they "decided to move a different direction with the position." Plus I think this place is a scam, because ever since I put in my application with my phone number, I've been getting really weird calls from out of state. They probably sold my number and this place needs to be looked into better. I would avoid doing business with them. Ever
