Common Ground Counseling & Consulting, PLLC is a mental health clinic that provides compassionate and effective counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. The clinic is located, and it has been serving the community for years.
At Common Ground Counseling & Consulting, PLLC, we believe that everyone deserves to live a happy and fulfilling life. However, sometimes life can be challenging and overwhelming. We understand that seeking help can be difficult for some people; therefore, we strive to create a safe and welcoming environment where our clients feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings.
Our team of licensed therapists has extensive experience in treating various mental health issues such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders (PTSD), bipolar disorder, personality disorders (BPD), substance abuse/addiction issues as well as relationship problems. We use evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy among others to help our clients achieve their goals.
We also offer specialized services such as LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy which focuses on providing support for individuals who identify within the LGBTQ+ community. Our therapists are trained in working with diverse populations including people of color or those from different cultural backgrounds.
At Common Ground Counseling & Consulting PLLC we believe that every individual's journey towards healing is unique; therefore we tailor our treatment plans according to each client's specific needs. Our goal is not only to alleviate symptoms but also empower our clients with tools they need to maintain long-term emotional wellness.
In addition to individual therapy sessions we offer group therapy sessions which provide an opportunity for individuals with similar struggles or experiences come together in a supportive environment where they can share their stories without fear of judgment or stigma.
We understand that seeking mental health services can be expensive, and that's why we accept most insurance plans. We also offer a sliding scale fee for those who do not have insurance or whose insurance does not cover mental health services.
