My home was completely flooded during ETA. I called CIS for help at 7:00 am on the emergency call line. Within 5 minutes I received a call back from The companies emergency response team. They were at my home within an hour. They vacuumed out all the water, set drying equipment and helped me file a claim with my Insurance carrier. 2 days later they met with my Insurance adjuster and negotiated with him on the repair. They made sure the adjuster was going to cover everything I needed. I signed a contract, paid my deductible and they came the next day to start the demolition. These guys worked until 10:00pm on a Sunday night to make sure I was taken care of. My hat is off to these guys.

Great Company to work with!!!! House was flooded from ETA. Yes, it is taking time to repair. There are many of my neighbors also needing repairs. Supplies are limited during a pandemic. They are being very upfront and honest and helping me deal with the insurance company in the understanding how the flood policy really works. I am just grateful they are here to answer my calls and questions and help me move forward in the right direction!!! Professionalism at it's finest!!!!!

Do not use this company. I only post a bad review when a company is *really* bad. They will say anything to get you to sign a contract. After that, good luck with ever getting your home or business finished. They told me the work on my home would take 6-8 weeks, max . We are now at the 4-5 *month* point. They will literally ghost you and not respond for a few days. They have changed the project manager 3-4 times already. They will tell you that you pay nothing. But after work begins, they will start with creative excuses for why you need to pay for something. (Push back and don t pay; my contract was clear I didn t have to pay, but they tried anyways). They will have constant excuses for the delays too. In fact, I bet they will respond to this review with excuses. Don t buy their excuses; don t sign their contract. There are too many other companies in this industry to sign up with. Seriously.

Came to our house to give estimate on remediation work due to flooding. Gave us estimate and told us no down payment - would collect payment once work was finished. We agreed and expected him back the next day to complete paperwork & start work. He never showed for appointment. We left numerous messages and did not receive a return call. The next day someone he works with showed up and demanded $6,000 before they would start work on the house. We refused and the guy proceeded to use foul language and peeled out of the driveway. Not sure what is going on with this company, but there is definitely bait & switch going on, and who knows if they would even do the work once they received money. I do NOT trust them - I advise to RUN and do not stop for anything they are selling.

Working with CIS was a great experience. The level of professionalism and attention to detail was truly amazing. Dustin and Ted were some on the most professional people we have ever worked with. Fernando, David and Ortega, as well as everyone from the movers to the individual employees whom we came in contact with on a daily basis, were amazing to work with as well.

Do not hire this company under any circumstances. They were hired to perform the restoration after I had a water leak in my house. They took down drywall, pulled up floor boards and put up fans for 6 days. They did not seal off the room properly but instead just stapled a large plastic sheet in a few spots allowing contaminated moldy air to circulate through the remainder of the room and home. They did zero mold testing/removal (despite having "mold remediation" listed on their business card). They did not remove visible mold on pieces of wood or flooring. They did not remove wet insulation form the wall but instead, portrayed that the job was done after 6 days of drying and allowed drywall to be placed over wet, moldy insulation and wood. When you hear horror stories about dishonest restoration businesses that get away not actually doing their job..... this is one of them. So glad I caught this before it was too late and hired a much more trustworthy and comprehensive company (see my other reviews for their name). Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere for your services.

Immediate action by knowledge work force who professionally contained and restored kitchen after water damage and mold. Absolutely amazing show of force to step in and get the job done after we had to release a different restoration company. You can depend on CIS.

I managed to flood out my bathroom and back bedrooms while moving a vanity. Dallas with CIS got out to me within an hour on a Saturday morning. He was able to get to work assess so quickly that I was able to salvage all my floors (Vinyl Planks) he got me set up with humidifiers and fans. He was able to show and explain the damage as well as the plan to fix it. He even helped with the little stuff like moving wet towels abs sweeping up.

I usually don t write reviews, but I was really appreciative of the quick and effective work in a bad situation.

I am beyond grateful for this company! We had, what seemed at the time, to be a small kitchen water leak. Turns out there is mold in our walls and the kitchen. We referred to CIS and literally, the same day, Adam and Sven came out to evaluate the situation. They were extremely professional, courteous, honest, and so helpful! They explained every little detail to me and even reviewed my insurance policy, timeline for work, best/worst case scenarios, all of it! I am so grateful for their help today. They even texted me to follow up shortly after they left. If your in need of serious help like we were, i strongly recommend using this company! And definitely ask for Sven and Adam, they were a pleasure to work with during a beyond stressful time.

First off let me say that I have been in the maintenance field for many years so I know what a professional job is, and these guys Have it down.

I called CIS when I had a leak behind a wall mold was everywhere, Sven and his associates took care of the mold, Removing old cabinets and Affected flooring, humidifiers were installed and the entire kitchen area was safely sealed off from the rest of the house. They brought in a mold mitigation team to make sure everything was safe Air samples mold samples and finally a clear bill of health they did a wonderful Professional job,

Phil Met with the plumber and opened up the wall where the new drain line was going to be installed absolutely perfect. The plumber came in and was here for about two hours did a wonderful professional job.
Dallas called me the night before to tell me how everything was going to go down and it was flawless. there is still work to be done remaining floor Has to be removed new floors have to be installed and new cabinets in the kitchen have to be replaced.
They worked with my insurance Company as this is the first claim I have ever made and I have owned three homes, what a pleasure to work with them all would hire these guys in a heartbeat for any future issues I may have.
