James was my contact guy that gets things done! If he doesn t know the answer he gets it for you. My financing went thru without a hitch because this is a well oiled machine. I found CFF as a potential lender for a vehicle I planned to purchase. It turned out to be the biggest mistake I've ever made in financing anything. I contacted a loan officer at CFF, gave them the necessary information and they pulled my credit history. The employee informed me that with my credit score in the high 7's finding financing should be no problem. I filled out the application and booked a flight to pick-up the truck, as it was almost 1000 miles from my home. I made it very clear to the CFF employee that I was flying from Georgia to Connecticut and needed all processing completed before my arrival date so I would not have to wait and could begin the drive back home in a timely manner. To make a long story short, I sat in the dealership's office two full business days waiting on the funds to be wired. They had two weeks from my application to get this loan ready to fund. On the second day, I talked to the owner of CFF, Matt Manero, and he agreed that this was an unacceptable situation and agreed to pay my expenses for the second day in Connecticut. When the vehicle funds finally appeared, I had to drive almost 20 hours home without stopping to honor my appointments. It's been seven weeks as of this writing and I still have not received the reimbursement of expenses as CFF promised (I even contacted them 3 weeks back and they said they forgot to send it). It seems CFF is not willing to make ANY effort to honor their promises/obligations. Not someone I ever intend to do business with again.

I would not recommend Commercial Fleet Financing for any business, especially a start up. The employee we worked with was nice, and I gave him the benefit of the doubt. However, we were strung along the entire process. We were promised that there was a great program to accommodate us as a startup since the credit score was strong. Turns out, things changed as soon as our credit was pulled. The employee later told us that the program no longer worked with startups, and he would help find another. He never did and never got back with us. After being contacted by the company we are buying the truck from, the employee responded and basically suggested we go with another financing company.... whose reviews were just as sketchy. He did not even recommend this to us directly after failing to help or ever email us back... he only responded to the Sales Rep for the trucking company. Please take into account the negative comments. Seems as though they only take advantage of their customers and pressure their employees to work with people they know they cannot help just to show they are bringing in leads. Horrible business. Waste of time and a ding on a credit report
We just completed our second finance project with Jeff and it was bit more tedious than the first. He was very attentive to the needs and kept us on track so we could get a very much needed fleet vehicle.

Jeff is a great guy and easy to work with. Elaina is very fast and responsive. They get the deals done and work very hard to ensure the customer gets the best rate possible. Most of the time deals can be completed in 2 business days. Some customers require a little more work to get the deal done but they always make it happen.
