I called and left a voicemail. Rick County called me back, and after a 30-second conversation Rick hung up on me. I never disputed the debt, nor did I intend to dispute the debt.

Companies looking for a debt collection service - you can do better. I was calling in order to rectify the problem, but now I'll fight it as long as possible just because of how I was treated.

Have worked with them for 30 years, amazing people they do what they say and do everything legitimately. Their rates are some of the lowest in the industry and they are just great to work with.

These guys' computer systems don't make too much sense. I have 2 forms of payment listed on Google Adwords, and when one of the credit cards expired the system should have automatically defaulted to the "secondary" card. Instead of doing that, the system sent me to collections. I go online, "delete" the expired card, and 2 seconds later my secondary got charged. Thats my experience.

You remember those collection agencies with the 'attitude'. You know the ones. Snotty self righteous voice on the other end of the line? CCC embodies this attitude.

CCC of NY helped us out when we needed help collecting on debt that was past due. We have been a client of CCC for many years, they are the only agency that we will use.
