Our company has been very happy with the services provided. They are able to collect from customers we have tried to collect from for over a year. They handle our large and small collections with great importance and work hard at their job. Jeremy Coffman has been excellent in his customer service skills, professionalism, promptness, clarity, and keeping in contact or checking up on our companies needs. I highly recommend this company to anyone who doesn't have time or needs help collecting from their tough customers. They defiantly don't disappoint.

This company is out of control call from all different. Threatening my life over 1600 dollars bill that got over seen in 2017 an it 2021 for my business. Mark stevens telling me he is going to send someone to my house call and email my family members. He Threating life. I 110% fell my life is in Danger from these people. I'm going to have to move out of my house for my own safety and my family's.

Absolutely horrible!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! One star is not a low enough rating to give this company. We hired Tucker, Albin and Associates to collect a debt from a customer. About a month of Tucker, Albin and Associates trying to get us(the company that hired them) to accept an unacceptable settlement offer; Tucker, Albin and Associates started harassing me. Yes you heard that correct, Tucker, Albin and Associates started harassing the company that HIRED them to collect a debt!?!?! DO NOT use this company. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Called the CFO at 530 am and woke him up. We already paid the invoice they are looking to get paid and show proof of payment. The following week the CFO gets another call at 530am! Get your records straight!

Mr. Allen Rozelle is the scum of the earth. Harassing my mother and threatening her over $350??? After explaining to him that the original company made a mistake and got cleared he kept insisting we still pay him. I m sure Mr. Allen Rozelle is over compensating by acting all threatening and tuff over the phone and emails.

Chris reed called me REPEATEDLY! Not to collect a debt but simply to play on my phone! I ve never seen ANYTHING like this in my life! Oh the good reviews are a lie!! A scam

Anyone else think it's fishy that all their 5 star reviews were made around the same time? These clowns call my business every couple of months asking for the previous owner in a rude manor or they act like they're best buds with the previous owner. It's pretty funny and also pretty pathetic. I've read enough reviews to realize I'm not alone. Sweet business strategy, my dudes. I'm sure I'll talk to you again soon.

Just received a call from a woman at this company asking for someone else. When I told her she had the wrong number, she replied by saying I was lying and that she had listened to my voicemail and knows my name. I told her she's welcome to call back and listen again, because that was not my name. She continues to accuse me of lying saying I sold wine (which I do not). She eventually said something about reporting me and abruptly hung up.

I understand if you're a collections company or whatever it is they do, but do not use abrasive phone techniques when you're not even speaking with the intended party. I suggest all prospective customers to look elsewhere.

Very rude, very aggressive and extremely disrespectful... and I was their client! I used their services a few times in the past without great success, however if I didn't give them further business they would keep contacting me as if I wouldn't call them if I needed their assistance. If I didn't have anything for them, the representative would say I'm a liar and being dishonest with them. I was treated the same way they treat delinquent accounts! I regret doing business with them and would caution anyone who is considering Tucker, Albin and Associates.

Wow! Called to sell their services. We were not interested and explained that. Immediately called back shouting "Good luck with your collections" and hung up. Very professional Brian Wilson, very professional.
