In January of this year, my grandpa passed away and my parents had to go to Mexico. My father has been a truck driver ("troquero") for more than 28 years and had left my brother in charge of driving the truck, for the time they were going to be in Mexico. Well before my parents could return from the trip, my brother had an accident and the truck was declared a total loss. During this same time, that same brother, let the bank pick up a car / car, for not making the monthly payments. This affected the credit to my dad because he acted as co-signer (cosigner) to get the car.
Returning from Mexico, my dad started looking to see where he could get money to buy another truck and get back to work. Expenses and bills began to accumulate and nobody wanted to lend us the money, in that difficult moment. One day I called Mrs. Debbie and explained the situation that was happening and she told me that she was going to talk to superiors about what could be done. After a few days the lady, very kind, returned the call and told me that they would always be able to lend us the money!
For the reason that we were struggling to get money, my dad had looked for trucks, not very expensive, cheap means and when he finally found one that he liked, the seller decided to sell the truck to someone else, and once again, we were left without truck. When I told this to Mrs. Debbie, she went, and spoke again with her superiors and warned me / notified that to help my dad, he was approved for a loan of almost double the value of the original loan! WOW! We could not believe it.
Mrs. Debbie has been like an angel to us. If it were not for her support and help, I do not know where my dad got the money from. She was always very attentive and kind to us. She helped me understand each step of the loan process, explained all the conditions very well, and even answered / answered text messages when she was on vacation with her family!
Being able to find people like Mrs. Debbie, gives you faith that there are still good people in this world. Thanks for everything Ms. Debbie George.
