Very friendly staff! Clean rooms. AC works great. Decent breakfast options. Pool a little too cold, & spa a little too hot, but still nice for relaxing after a long day. Much improved since our last stay here four years ago.

There was splatter all over the walls. The bathroom door looked like the nasty hand grim one might find at a low quality gas station. The TV remote had food particles on it. The bathroom had a strong urine smell and yellowing in the corner of the bathroom floor. The card board they leave on the bed to tell you about all of the "clean quality" rooms they offer hade a dirty thumb print on it!

Got stuck in Atlanta Hartsfield overnight due to weather - caused missed connection. Overall, hotel was adequate and staff pleasant. Hairdryer didn't work, complimentary soap was so small it was difficult to hold onto, free breakfast bar had fairly limited selections and dining area only had 7 chairs...not enough to accommodate all the guests who were coming down for breakfast. Beds and pillows very comfortable. AC powerful and nice and cold. Van from airport had no AC, going to airport next morning it seemed to be working again.

My companions and I arrived at the hotel at 3:30am. I informed the staff that I would be a late arrival and the gentleman said that would be ok. When we arrived the woman at the desk was coming outside in front of the property to smoke a cigarette. She asked did I have a reservation and I told her, yes. She did not go to the computer to see if my reservation was valid. All she did was say: "Oh, well, we sold your room. Your were not here on time so we put it as a "No-Show" and sold your room." She also said: "I don't know what yall gone do but we are sold out." The GSR was not helpful at all. I told her that I worked for ChoiceHotels to see if I would get another response and she still didn't show any concern. I told her that we came 6 hours away from Jackson, MS and that we didn't know the area. We sat outside in our car and next thing we know the police are pulling up and she has locked the doors to the hotel. I am irate at this point because we have done nothing wrong. I was on the phone with Choice Privileges to figure out what happened to my "7am guarantee" reservations and now the police are questioning us. We speak to the police and I show him my confirmation that says I had rooms at the hotel and the "7am guarantee" policy. The police go to speak with the employee and now she gets and attitude with the police of Union City and us. We all stand in disbelief and the officers agree with us about her lack of professionalism and attitude. She lies about us having an Uber rental when we told her that we drove ourselves from Jackson, MS. She says just go down the street. If you are really apart of Choice Hotels you will know that "Days Inn" is apart of Choice. I look at her with disbelief and say, "No sweetie, you must be new. Days Inn is not part of Choice. No one is blaming you. I just want my rooms or my money back." At this point she walks off and says whatever. So, my business companions and I had to sleep in the car that day. I did not receive a refund for the rooms and I want that IMMEDIATELY. The rooms were not held like they were suppose to be and the attitude of the GSR was unbelievable. By the way, she smoked her cigarettes in front of us. If your hotel is non-smoking why would she do that in front of the building by the front doors. She needs to be fired or get some serious customer service training. I want my refund for having to deal with such a nasty reception into GA for the first time. If you have any questions please email me.

The Airport put us up here. This hotel was warn and needed updating. The TV did not work properly and the bathroom sink drained too slow and filled up when used. The room was too small for us. We should have been given a larger room. The breakfast was good in the morning. Hotel van to the hotel and back to the airport was good.

EDIT: The hotel refunded the 2nd nights stay, so I upped it from 1 star to 2. Still probably best to not stay here

Cannot recommend. My daughter's school trip selected this hotel. The first night several cars had their windows smashed in the parking lot. That's not my beef. My main issue is that the manager (who was offsite) refused to even answer their phone and provide any sort of assistance to the multiple guests who were affected. We finally left around 12:30 for a prior engagement with no resolution. If there is, I will update.

Room itself was kind of dingy but not too bad. TV didn't work as the comcast modem was not hooked up correctly. Only solution front desk offered was a room switch however it was late and we had settled in already. The indoor pool and hot tub were unavailable for unknown reasons and for an unknown period of time. Breakfast was complimentary but not worth it, you'd be better off eating else where and coffee tasted of sour milk for some reason. Location wasn't bad and check in and out were easy.

4 star is high for a normal clean hotel, but April who who works the front desk and handled all logistics for me is just awesome. Any Top executive would be lucky to have someone like April handling all their affairs. Cheers and thank you April. I did the "park and stay." Drove 4 hours to Atlanta, spent night at hotel. Had breakfast in morning, shuttle took me to airport. The shuttle will pick me up at airport when I fly back and take me back to hotel where my vehicle is waiting. 129.00 is cost and cheaper than long term parking alone. Bravo. stress free experience. Highly recommend.

I had no expectations for a hotel that was given to me for a delayed flight by Delta. But the staff was amazing really cool people. They were very friendly even we arrived at 23:00 and we had only a coupon from the airline, they explained very well how the shuttle to the airport worked. At check out they even had my name ready to call if I was to miss the shuttle.

THEY ARE NOT SERVING HOT BREAKFAST RIGHT NOW!!! The room was okay, but the ice machine on my floor was broken. I specifically asked if they were serving breakfast like usual and they said yes. I come down in the morning to the front desk lady (dressed in regular clothes) greeting everyone with GOOD MORNING, BREAKFAST IS REALLY REALLY CONTINENTAL Y ALL Basically I would ve gone somewhere else had they told me that they couldn t serve breakfast. I feel like they misled us to get our money.

Woman at front desk acted completely rude. Intentionally provoked conflict and inconvenienced us. Lied and tried to overcharge for pets at check-in, so we left. Then we had to contest fraudulent charges. Manager called later trying apologize for the employee's behavior but don't bother unless to tell us you fired that idiot.

Stayed there for a few days recently while visiting Atlanta. Very convenient to airport. Quiet, clean and comfortable. No hookers and druggies. Excellent location with plenty of food and shopping options. Literally every fast food restaurant you can think of is within walking distance. Also Kroger, Walmart, Big lots and Dollar tree. Highly recommend and would stay there again. Only negative comment would be the fitness center was not in good shape so don't count on getting a workout. Otherwise excellent value for the price.

After a long flight, I was exhausted and looking for a place to crash. I m used to mediocre, low-budget hotels near airports so I was not expecting much. My night at this Quality Inn was honestly a relief. The greeting I received was warm and seemed genuine. I was able to spark up a short conversation with the manager which was a nice change from the seriousness of airport travelers. The room/ bed was unexpectedly comfortable and bathrooms were clean for the most part. The best part was I had absolutely nothing to complain about, another unusual feat for a cheap stay. I would definitely stay here again if I m ever in the Atlanta area and in need of a place to stay.

I stayed at this Comfort Inn after an unexpected delay at the airport. I promised the manager I'd send in a review after I got home and settled. I just needed a clean comfortable room for the night at a good rate. That is what I got. Nice big screen TV, quiet area on the 4th floor, and good breakfast (fresh waffle) the next morning. For $62 what more could I want. It had a pool and nice lounge area with a TV.

Things I know they're working on: The time it takes to check a customer in. Took quite a awhile for the clerk to work down the 6 of us standing in line waiting to get checked in. The manager said that once the new clerk gets up to speed it will be faster. Seems like there could be a better way though... Better/faster computer system or something...

Wake up calls were prompt and shuttle driver was on time and I made my flight. Good value here. If you're at the airport and have all these choices don't hesitate to pick this Comfort Inn...

We stopped here on our way back to Florida. Rooms were clean, offered late check-out, good continental breakfast. Only complaint is the guest laundry consist of only one washer and dryer ant it is 3$ to wash and 3$ to dry. And the washer was out of service.

Arrived at night due to a cross country move. Was told parking is first come first serve and they have many park and ride guests. They had 16 cars parked in places that were not spots including the firelane. The entire firelane was filled with parked cars and when this was mentioned, nothing was done despite it being a serious safety concern. The hotel knows it has an issue with parking and chooses to ignore it. It took a full hour for us to obtain parking. We asked for a refund or even a transfer to another choice hotel and were told that it was in violation of our agreement for reserving the room. Despite me pointing the fact that their hotel post clearly states free parking, I was still told they would do nothing.

Very poor Housekeeping. We were there 2 nights and we went to visit relatives came back from being gone over 10 hours and the room was dirty. I went down stairs to the front desk and she just smile and said we are short of housekeepers. It was smoking in the elevator and it's non smoking. It was not worth the 235.00 we spent

Now, I had the opportunity to visit some Quality Inns during my lifetime. This Quality inn here in Union City was awesome. The staff was extra friendly and the room service was superb. My room was neat, tidy and so fresh and clean. I will revisit here real soon. If your looking for a clean, fresh environment with great sleeping beds. Do not pass this place up. Do drop in!!!

While this was a clean hotel and friendly staff I'm giving this hotel a 3 star because we bought a room for the night and while Quality inn regularly gives a military discount we were told because the hotel is sold out with us buying the last room they could not give us the military discount???? Does that make any sense? How could the hotel being booked have anything to do with not allowing the last paying customer to use a military discount? If I was given an actual legit answer I would have understood.

Horrible experience. This hotel uses old worn lumpy pillows and folds them into little squares in order to disguise the condition ("to firm them up"). The TV is also fuzzy with horrible sound. A hotel that prides itself on comfort and quality was obviously trying to abuse customers and save themselves money. Their customer service is also non responsive and non existent when contacted. Do not waste your money.

First let me say that I am a DIAMOND member. When I arrived I was treated with a warm welcome! However, the hotel choice I quickly regretted. There was no central air in the hallway. The room was an average PATEL owned hotel. I simply slept and visited family on my stay. The bed was comfortable. Everything else was okay /typical Patel owned hotel. Poor customer service. They also had their food or something baking outside when I looked out of the window. This was very odd but figured it was for the Patel/Indian families that stayed here. There were multiple people who stayed at the hotel. When it was time to check out I was rushed immediately after I requested an additional hour check out so noon, but then I called again and asked could I check it at one. CHOICE HOTEL allows up to 2 hours for a late check out or check in depending on be hotel discretion AND let me say that this hotel was NOT busy at all. I saw maybe 5 guests while I was there. No noise next door nobody to pass in the hall way. It was a literally desert at this place and I should of taken this into consideration and checked out he first stay which I paid with points and points and cash the next day. The manager did it make me feel comfortable to allow an additional check out. As soon as 12:00 came the guy opened the door again and demanded I hurry up! And the cherry on top of it all I just received an email saying my business is not welcomed they need all the business they can get. I will gladly take my business elsewhere, Marriott who I am also a platinum elite member. CHOICE needs to do a better job of having integrity and not allow every PATEL that applies for a franchise license to get one. The quality of this property is POOR and even if the property never sent the email I will definitely not return here. It s TOO beneath me. They are so cheap that they don t allow central AC in the elevator or hallway. The hotel smells like some Indian food which isn t a good mixture with the fact that the hotel do not have central AC blasting in the middle of summer. Smdh please if you took time to read this take your business elsewhere.

The hospitality is very amazing. From the shuttle, housekeeping, management, to the front desk. Everyone cares that you have a pleasent stay and are genuinely friendly. Staff are knowledgeable of the local area. The rooms are clean, well maintained, and far from cramped. I will return.

2 star hotel, 5 star staff! Upon missing a flight the Delta help desk lady recommended this hotel. We got confused and a hustling shuttle driver picked us up and drove us to the wrong comfort inn. When I got dropped at the wrong hotel in California I was told to remedy the situation on my own by calling a cab. I was expecting that here too but Jennifer the super kind front desk lady sent her really nice shuttle driver David over to retrieve us and take us to where we were supposed to be. Wow! What service. Competitive pricing, clean rooms, quiet. Not next to the airport but I actually prefer that. I feel safe here. And make sure you walk across the street to the Jerk Palace Caribbean Cuisine place and order the ox tail! Pleasantly surprised by how this afternoon turned out. I'm still here in the hotel writing this because I'm so happy with this find that I didn't want to go to bed without leaving them a stellar review. 3rd time through Atlanta with an overnight layover and I like this place better than my prior hotel stays. I'll be coming back to this hotel if I ever end up in Atlanta again. Also I really want to try the curried goat at the Caribbean place next time. Jennifer said it was her favorite. PS I've met more friendly people in this part of Atlanta than the other places.

We had driven hours and still had a few more to go. We were looking for the most comfortable, convenient hotel that wasn't too far off the highway. The room was especially comfortable, quiet and clean. The mattress was like new. Wasn't expecting a lot for the price but we lucked out! The staff was excellent. A hardy good morning got our day started. The housekeeper we met in the elevator chatted and wished us a good day. Jennifer at the front desk was such a delight to speak with on such a gloomy day. Shortly after we left, the sun started to shine through the clouds. I want to think that Jennifer and her staff might have contributed to our successful trip. Can't go wrong by choosing this hotel.

I waited 3 days before posting to give owners a chance to address the situation. After staying a night at Quality Inn in Union City, GA prior to leaving with my family on a trip, I paid for long term parking (8 days) due to the hotel's proximity to the airport. Their shuttle service was great and on time taking us to airport and picking us up. In all fairness, the room was clean and comfortable as well. The problem came upon our return to our van, we found thieves had cut the catalytic converter off from underneath the van. This is a very expensive part of the muffler to purchase and install. Staff at the hotel could not reach the manager or owner. It wasn't until I called the police and had them do a report that the owner answered the call to the police. Even though a sign says that they are not responsible for stolen items, they should do their best anyway to deter car break ins and items stolen from vehicles. In this case, the policeman and I found a large section of fence down in the corner of the parking lot. It appears to have been down quite some time. I paid a rather large sum to park at the hotel (and tips for shuttle drivers both ways) with the reasonable expectation that my vehicle would be safe. The hotel's negligence in not keeping a secure fence is something that needs to be addressed. As of this writing, no one (except the very kind and helpful policeman) apologized for the situation. No email, no text or no phone call from anyone at the hotel. However, I do expect to see an attempt to explain or even apologize on a public this forum to make it appear as if they care.... I would not stay here overnight or use long term parking until fence is secured.

My family came arrived early to the hotel, they said that if they want to check in early had to pay $25, so they waited till check in time, then when arrived to the room it was disgusting, the sheets had like bloodish spots, the bathroom was horrible, so dirty... And the even if he requested someone to clean it, nobody came, after several calls the lady brought some sheets that my husband had to change and she (the recepcionist) cleaned the bathroom. Then for the shuttle from the airport it took almost 1 hr to come. The pool was not clean at all, the water was It was different from the shuttle that took us to the airport. The water was cloudy.Overall, it was not a good place to stay, for the price, i expected at least a clean room and bathroom , was not a cheap hotel. Not i know where not to stay in Atlanta.
