Concept 8 built a house on the lot next to me. They were very professional and accommodating. Warren (the PM) was always on top of things and when my car got sprayed with some of the house paint they took care of it quickly. Thank you guys!
We can t say enough good things about this contractor. They did a beautiful renovation of our home and were extremely professional. Stayed within budget and timeframe. Communication was excellent throughout the entire project.
Shawn Donovan came to my house for an estimate on extending my kitchen. I told him exactly what I was looking to do, he took some measurements and pictures and stated will have an estimate for me in one week. A week has passed and no call and no email. I reached out and he stated will have an estimate that night or next morning. Two days pass and nothing. I've reached out a couple of times but was told he would call me back... Either not in office or in a meeting. A month has now passed and still nothing. I wouldn't recommend him as he is unreliable and unprofessional.
We have been working with Shawn Donovan and the team at Concept 8 on a major home renovation for last several months. They are responsive, organized, courteous, and creative. We bought a tired, outdated 1960's ranch and they transformed it into a home that has exceeded my expectations. Renovations can be stressful but Concept 8 worked with us to come up with creative design solutions and choices that worked with our budget. The entire experience has been positive and I would highly recommend them!
These builders built a new home for my neighbor. Concept 8 damaged my property. The team placed the construction fence on my property. The crew took down part of my fence and removed trees without my authorization. Built a side path on my land and tried to cover it up with their surveyor. They also did not permit side stoop and retaining wall during construction. Don't hire these guys they are unprofessional. You don't want to upset your neighbors by hiring them.
We just completed building a house with Concept 8 and the experience was great. Even through disruptions related to Covid, the entire team was a pleasure to work with. They are very responsive, communicate well, and above all, do incredible work. Could not be happier, and would absolutely use them again.
