Should be zero stars terrible company to spend your time with look else where. Nothing but drama and hr bs terrible management at the facility I worked at

This is a company that supported a Chef wanting employees to work off the clock to save overtime expenses or face being written up promising steaks . This is a company that supports unsafe practices in the kitchen putting the residents at risk. This is a company that lies to better themselves. This company is horrid and I would never want a family member stepping foot in any of their UNSAFE establishments.

This is absolutely the WORST place to have a family member cared for. Melissa in the billing office is very rude, inconsiderate, and condescending to deal with. They will hold onto you money for months before providing a refund. I wish that I could give them no stars. STAY AWAY FROM HERE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!

I have family members as well as many friends that have received amazing care at several of the Columbine facilities. We recommend them for all of their services. They truly care and that is hard to find.

***WARNING**** DO NOT TAKE YOUR CNA SKILLS TEST HERE MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 1 AND WENT IN AT 4PM NURSE AND EVALUATOR WERE VERY RUDE AND DON'T CARE

Have had an absolute amazing time working with all the staff here. Very professional and state of the art equipment. Great food and activities all around. By far the best place in Northern Colorado

I have really enjoyed working at Columbine Health. I think they treat their staff well. I feel like we are a team working together with the caregivers to take care of the residents. By the way the caregivers rock!

I have been a resident of The Winslow for over four years and am extremely satisfied. The staff is caring and friendly and the food is wonderful. Residents and staff are all "family".

Don t work for this company. They are all about the money and not their employees. They constantly have you get tested for Covid, even if you are fully vaccinated. If one person gets the virus, everyone has to be tested. The CDC has repeatedly said it is a small chance that anyone who is vaccinated can still get the variant. The only people who are vaccinated that are a high risk, are those with other underlying issues. Another thought for people saying it s my right, if you don t want to get vaccinated, don t work in healthcare. This company lies a lot. They will tell you we have to go by what the cdc tells us. The cdc has left it up to each individual company to decide on testing. Again, a money game. Don t work for this company.
