I am one of the teacher of Bulawen Elem. School in Palauig Zambales where you have installed promethean active board. we are experiencing problems on opening the server. sometimes when incidentally opened it hanged so what we are doing is unplug the cable and restart it.The principal is trying to contact your office but no to avail your email ad.how can we have a communication with you so that the units you have provided for us will be of good service esp. for the learners
