Went to a resort property these people own called lakedale in Roche harbor area San Juan Islands. Definitely not a one star let alone five but felt like a five star in my wallet. Very disappointed birthday ruined by this place. I do not reccoment ever going there. They mislead everyone and I mean (everyone) on their website and trick people into spending hundreds of dollars on something that is not what they say. Go to the place and look before ever staying here if it's feasible. You'll leave with lots of spider bites and no sleep from rats in your place and lack of cleanliness and bad environment all around. Would rate zero stars if could.
Worked with CHI for a long time, they don t give raises to tipped positions even if you ve been working for 10+ years. Nepotism at its finest, the Founders nephew was a manager with zero experience. There culture is sincerity, honesty, and accountability which was never on display. I recommend you find a different management company that cares about there employees well being!
Ever since Columbia Hospitality took over Gold Mountain Golf Course they have nearly doubled the rates. Money, money, and more money is all they are after. Basing rates on availability and popularity is heinous. I would love the City of Bremerton to fire you guys. It's outrageous.
Fantastic organization that truly cares about the customer experience. The hotels and resorts they manage tend to be upper end (Willows, Salish Lodge) but, they also have some very cool interesting boutique places like The Lark in Bozeman, MT. Sage Lodge in Emigrant, MT is an amazing place with a variety of lodging options that is 30 min from Yellowstone National Park.
